The project has provided several benefits for my project team and to the Aberdeen City Council. It provided us with the possibility to implement the course understanding of the use of our project management skills. I had also performed the risk management with the addition of stakeholder analysis and change management of the given area.

I had also performed the risk management with the addition of stakeholder analysis and change management of the given area. The main concept of using the skills of project fundamentals are to use it in an integral format so that the manager is aware of the working of the project cycle. For first concept phase of had learned the procedure of using the concept phase. This document helped me to define why I was taking up this project. I had used images and different project management tools like stakeholder matrix ad risk analysis to justify why I was taking the project. The next phase of the process was to define the extensive use of the different project management tools and skills taught to me during the course of learning.
