The Latino engineering pvt. Ltd. company is dealing with the development plan for engineering equipment. The company is working for last 30 years in the development of engineering equipment. The profitability of the Latino engineering is the point of attraction for most of the investor. From the last 30 years, the owner of the company takes all the decision in the benefit of the enterprise. After the retirement of the owner, the company is going towards the degradation in the business activities platform. The stakeholders have many complaints with the working structure of the company such as delivery of defective equipment, designing of the equipment are not according to the customers requirement, improper communication for the management of customer services, packaging of wrong equipment for delivery, and many others. The declination in the quality of work is the major concern area for the top executives of the enterprise (Likker, 2012). The company has decided to analyse the root cause of the declination. In this paper, we are going to focus on the identification of the root cause for the declination of the quality of work and standard equipment provided to the customers. The analytical tools are used for identifying the root cause of the system failure. The efficiency of the developed plan depends on the contribution of the employees, development of the efficient risk mitigation strategies and functions, measurement of action plan, and other. The suggestion and recommendation should be provided to overcome the situation of quality declination and plays a key role in improving the quality of work provided to the customers. The purpose of this paper is to design a continuous improvement plan for identifying the key issues and risks associated with the working of the business activities and recommendation plan to resolve the scenario of risks and issues (Cole, 2014).
