This is what a person plans to achieve or where they want to be after a certain period of time. The objective of creating a long-term vision is to show the type of life a person wants after 10 or 20 years (Tuominen, 2014). The following template explains my vision after 10 years:

I will discuss the roles of a retail manager and a digital marketer since these are the fields I am quite interested in.
The following are some of the skills that a retail manager should have:
I have to be more experienced with good leadership qualities to manager others.
Need improvements to be able to plan operations on how to market our products.
These roles quite match my vision since I am a flexible person with the ability to work in any environment (Ertug, 2017). There is still a small problem since most retail managers have to work for long period of time than the 30 hours I have planned for.
The following are some of the skills a digital marketing manager must have:
I am developing this skill slowly as I move on with my life.
I was once an assistant ad had to deal with various tasks.
I have always been good with keeping classified company information safe (Fourie, 2015). I am also a good person with morals.
I am trying to grow my skills to solve issues as time goes by.
This role also matches my vision since I will be able to interact with people with different problems and hence provide me time to solve those issues (Zsolnai, 2012). These roles make a person feel what the world has to offer. There are still some problems since the role need a lot of time and hence no breaks and sometimes cause emotional stress in case some people do not feel I am providing the best.
This outlines the type of roles each member should have in a team (Mostert, 2015). The following questions will help identify the roles and the points for each role.

Scores from the tasks should be then tabulated and then added. The totals with the highest marks will represent your primary and secondary roles.
From the above analysis it will be okay that my role to offer the best job has the highest marks and this shows that it is in my nature to give a perfect job (Gündüz, 2008). Team roles will include behaving well with others and contributing more to the team. This templates above indicate that.
Cross cultural awareness is knowing that different cultures exist. This is understanding the different tribes and races and how they are viewed in a certain environment. I have to understand the different cultures in our society and appreciate them (Zhou, 2008). No culture is superior to the other. I have to be culture sensitive in that I can work alongside other people in a proper way.
After participating in the meeting, the following should be addressed.
The outcomes of the meeting
We were able to come up with new ideas and also agreed on the roles each individual should participate in building the team (Frank, 2013). We were also able to come up with the research areas.
How time was managed
The members were effective in delivering out their ideas. They were straight to the point and thus the meeting took some few hours.
How did people communicate in the meeting?
There was effective communication between the members since discussions were handled accurately
How did the group deal with conflicts?
There was a small disagreement since some members did not want the roles assigned to them (Nielsen, 2007). However, a solution of allocating a role for each member proved to be good.
How did you participate in the group discussions?
My participation was good. In the discussions, I was active enough and came up with new ideas and was able to contradict appropriately in case some decisions were inappropriate.
What was your contribution?
I am the one who came up with the idea that each member should pick role then other roles were to be decided.
How did you communicate with the other?
I am an excellent speaker and thus articulated my ideas effectively. Some members even nodded as I was explaining my ideas (Lazarus, 1991). I am also an excellent listener and was able to listen to the ideas my work mates shared.
How did you manage the meeting to ensure it was a success?
I like taking notes during meetings and so I encouraged my team members to do the same. I also encouraged them to go make researches then come up with feedbacks.
What can your group do in the future that will better the meetings?
Improving on time management will be essential in making sure that the meeting is a success. We should also revise on our objectives next time by included other information (Nielsen, 2007). We will also have to improve on communication skills so that these meetings are a success. We will also hold several meetings that will help maintain our progress and thus improve them.

1 |
There is a disagreement on a question about communication. The members are doing different things. |
I had to explain to the members what the question was all about (Ogungbamila, 2006). Only one of the members argued a lot but the others were good with the ideas. |
I have to increase my ability of sharing ideas |
All the other members have to better comprehend the question |
No other action was needed since we came to an agreement |
2 |
Some members do not respond to phone calls and emails |
I look at the benefits of effective communication. |
I am also supposed to work on responding to the emails since one member pointed this out. |
It was agreed that we were supposed to respond to the phone calls and emails |
In case a member did the opposite of what was needed then he or she had to be reprimanded. |
3 |
The work brought was not complete since some of the members did not submit their work |
I proposed that we push ahead the dates for submitting the jobs |
I have more than adequate time to polish on the work I had to submit (Platts, 2005). |
After the time extension, members were able to complete on the group work. |
Those members who did not submit their work after the time had to be removed from the group |
Professionals need to understand how ethical issues affect a business. With the knowledge of this ethical issues then it is easy to understand how to deal with challenges in an association. I am able to show a high standard ethical behavior to clients and thus the people will appreciate my services (Zhou, 2008). I also conserve the environment as this is part of ethics. Due to advanced business scenarios I have to adjust and use better methods of managing issues.
The presentation plan must be organized in such a way that the following are items are addressed:
The group had a good presentation with a lot of information that was necessary for our organization. The information from the presentations was clear, informative and complete (Yulia, 2017). The audience indicated that the presentation was a success but some stated that the group provided too much unnecessary information. The organization of the group was on point, every member was well organized and understood their roles in the group (Laperche, 2006). Each member made a very good presentation. The group presentation was a success but there was a minor problem since one member drifted at the last minute.
As for me, I was not that confident enough since I was just reading the presentation rather than present. I did a very good explanation of my points and the examples I had highlighted. I also supported my team by explaining the slides in the presentation (Tarkowski, 2017). I have to say that I did quite amazing job though I was not that efficient enough.
In future presentations and meetings, we have to be adequately prepared to deliver an amazing presentation. Our presentation notes will have to be well organized with points numbered accurately. We will do an effective way of explaining the points we have (Wharton, 2012). We can also organize more meetings so that can discuss on our presentation techniques and even further improve on them. We will also have to improve on our communication skills so that we can communicate and understand each other well during those meetings.
This is used in most organizations to help managers fully understand the performance of employees (Ward, 2004).

The above shows that she is a team player active in discussions. It is essential that she improves some of the skills indicated above. The above qualities show some of the weaknesses and strengths she has (Alexander, 2006). |
The general reflection about my professional skills
The above module is so much essential in thinking about my future, where I would want to live, work or what career I want.
I have been able to reevaluate on my communication skills and how I can easily communicate my ideas (Schmidt, 2011). I am also able to write emails that are essential in communicating our ideas. I have enough skills on how I can manage a meeting. I am also capable enough of dealing with conflicts and am also able to persuade individuals to improve our services or purchase our products. I am also comfortable in making presentations among other things.
To achieve my goals and the career I want, I will need to improve on my communication and presentation skills since I will always have to chair meetings. I have to be humble and work hard towards my goals. I also have to be aggressive to obtain all I want (Rahman, 2014). Once I have achieved my career then I have to apply all the knowledge I have. I must have the ability to own my own business.
