Along with the multiple-choice questions, the questionnaire is designed to state the open-ended views of the respondents. Hence, along with the multiple-choice questions the questionnaire has been designed with several open-ended questions to support the relevant theories relating to the research (Yin 2013). The designing of questionnaire has taken into consideration the different types of purpose relevant to the study and hence the options vary accordingly. It is has been further seen that the questionnaire designing procedure has been directly related to the various aspects of literature review of the study (Creswell 2012).
