The project is proposed for designing the voice recognition system to facilitate the tourists from the global world so that the immigration rate of tourist activity increases in the Australia. The Australian tourist board is looking forward to enhance the GDP of the nation to manage economic stability of the country. The development of the voice recognition system is proposed to increase the number of tourist families in the Australia. In the current year, the number of family visited Australia are 2,000,000. The purpose of this paper is to prepare a project schedule and cost estimation plan to analyse the profit earned by the country with the innovative structure of tourist online application.
The aim of this paper is to design and implement the voice recognition system to facilitates the tourist in making their tourist plan for visiting Australia.
The scope of the project is rely on the development of the project schedule, work breakdown structure, and cost breakdown structure to evaluate the cost benefit earned by the country with the deployment of innovative idea of voice recognition system in the working curriculum of the tourist websites.
The voice recognition system is the new technology implemented for guiding the tourist to make their plan easily (Raid, Sacha, Ritchie, and Brent, 2014). The queries forwarded by the customers are instantly solved with the help of voice messenger. The tourist get attracted towards newly designed website with the help of artificial intelligence concept.

The cost estimation plan helps in analysing the variation in the cost due to the change in the market price during the actual set up of the project. The profitability of the Australian government will be increased due to the increasing number of tourist activities (Raz, Shenhar, and Dvir, D2011). The attraction point is the tourist guide which is a voice recognition system. The management of resources among the project team members helps in completing the project within the approved budget. The cost parameters are associate with each activity so that the difference in the estimated cost and actual cost can be minimized and results in increasing the net profit earned by the project.
It is recommended to make use of Project management body of knowedge because it focuses on establishing interconnection and coordination between the 10 knowledge areas of the project. The proper scheduling of the processes of the knowledge areas helps in completing the project within assured time and cost.

The post implementation plan is developed for improving the performance of the project by analysing the gaps and flaws occurred in estimated cost, time, quality, and control. The review of the implementation plan is summarised below in the table:
Findings |
Description |
Time Management plan |
The successful deployment of the project schedule helps in completing the project on the scheduled date of 25 Jan, 2019. Variance: The variance in the scheduled date of implementation will not occur |
Cost Estimation plan |
The project is completed within the estimated cost of the project Variance: The variance between the estimated cost and actual cost is $ 1960 |
Project Methodology |
The identification of specific process in the knowledge areas of the PMBOK process group helps in completing the project according to the goal and objectives (Munns, and Bjeirmi, 2012) Variance: Not occur |
Goal |
Improved migration of tourist with the development of voice recognition system Variance: The goal is successfully achieved |
Resource distribution |
Resources are effectively distributed among the stakeholder as required (Koskela, and Howell, 2014) Variance: Not Occur |
Conclusion
It can be concluded that the cost estimation plan helps in analysing the variation in the cost due to the change in the market price during the actual set up of the project. The identification of specific process in the knowledge areas of the PMBOK process group helps in completing the project according to the goal and objectives
