In the world where time is of essence and we are all trying to fit in more than one lifetime, this is a gift. it is important to develop communication skills since poor communication in the workplace could lead to a culture of back stabbing as well as blame, which could impact individual stress level particularly when they do not understand something or perhaps they feel they have been misled.
