Movie: Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM). 1.Explain the relevance of systems thinking to the project, program and portfolio manager. There is a certain difference between the concept and methodology. The concept is the theoretical overview of certain thing. The methodology is the description of the logical flow or the process of developing a concept or idea about something.
Taxonomy is referred to the branches of a process or a subject. Whereas axiom is referred as the statement or the proposition. In this context, the methodology can be referred as taxonomy as there are various methodologies through which the conclusion can be achieved (SEBoK. 2018).. The concept is the static one which is similar to statement, for this concept is similar to the axiom.
The SEBoK helps to understand the definition of the concept and the methodologies. It helps to indentify the different process in the system framework. The different frameworks described in the SEBoK helps to develop the distinctive definitions of concepts and the methodologies. It also happens to analyze tee different approaches in different methodology.

Movie: Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM). 2.Identify different systems thinking tools and techniques to aid project managers solve project problems. There are certain concepts and ideas that can help to manage the portfolio. The book written by Kerzner helps to understand the terms associated with the project management such as scheduling, planning of the project. Broad understanding of the project helps to understand the risks associated with the project and the scope for opportunities for the project. The importance of the relevant managerial information can be gained from the article written by Al-Mamary, Shamsuddin, &Aziati. In order to make the best decision for the process or the project the information regarding the process is important. Effective decision can be made on the basis of process situation and the current risks and opportunities of the project.
The system thinking tools can be of different types such as dynamic thinking tool, structural thinking tool, computer based thinking tool. The thinking tools helps to solve different analytical problems in the process of development of system. It also provides alternative solutions and identify the risks associated with each solutions.

The concepts and the methodologies in the system engineering help to build a project program by defining the effective life cycle of the projects (Arnaut,Ferrari & e Souza,2016). Defining the life cycle is applicable for developing the concepts, services and the system and enterprise (Hutchison et al.,2016). It is organized in seven parts through which the processes are defined in a logical manner.

There are certain advantages of manual and electronic projects. The manual project management is standalone system and certain modification can be done after the meeting with the stakeholders. On the other electronic project management is easy to be handled.
