Objective of this report is to evaluate and analyse the information related with project management tactics. The information gained will help in enhancing the knowledge and skills of an individual with the effect of which he will be able to manage the project in a proper way.
The process which helps in identifying, combining and coordinating all the aspects of the project is known as project integration management (Varajão, et. al., 2017). Project integration management is the aspect which helps in managing the project activities with the effect of which project could be developed and its requirements could get fulfilled by the project manager. Project integration management will help in making the engineering projects more effective and will help the team in managing its activities in a proper and subtle way.
Project integration management is one of the most important aspects attached with the engineering projects (Hoyle, 2013). It is required that all the processes which are included in it should be taken into consideration by the project manager as it will help in managing the project activities in a refined way. Project scope helps in defining the boundaries and objectives for the project. Project time management is the process of the project which helps in evaluating every single activity of the project so that relevant time could be allotted to every single activity (Rose, 2013). Allocation of relevant set of time to every single activity helps the team members in availing a set direction to complete the same. It is required that proper time duration should be allocated to every single activity so that the project could get completed within the budget and time.
