In January 2016, the signature agreement was done with Bharti Airtel International. After that Orange has obtained all the possible approbation which is needed for completing the given transaction. Airtel is a well-known mobile operator which is based in Sierra Leone with 1.3 million customers. Orange is considered to be as one of the leading organization in the telecom domain with a sale of 40.9 billion customers (Mburu and Rotich, 2017). The organization has a sale of 40.9 billion euros in the year of 2016. This organization comes up with 155,000 employees till the year 2016. The organization has customers from both the domain that is mobile customers and some fixed broadband customers. Orange is known to be a leading organization which provides both IT and telecommunication services to various organization.

The orange organization believes the fact that it comes up with two centers of value and so there should be any programming which can be used as the center of values. After migration, the brand orange will be accepted instead of an old brand that is Airtel as the organization is very much committed to providing proper kind of share and responsibility. Orange group has been strengthening in its operation in West Africa.
In IT (Information Technology) migration can be defined as a method which can be used for use of the operating environment, in most of the cases it is seen to better (WANJIRU, 2016). The migration of Airtel into Orange group comprises of various hardware and new software or both the requirements. The migration process makes assurance of the fact that the old setting is not changed and the current application will easily continue to work as per the requirements. The functional area of the organization comes up with some of the advantages which provide a slow response to various kinds of environmental changes. The whole concentration of the organization is all about operating within the organization along with the poor value of availability. Structural need focuses on the lack of a proper kind of communication between the different functional group of the organization (Folkinshteyn, Lennon and Reilly, 2015). This has ultimately led to a lack of a different kind of communication among the functional group of an organization. This has ultimately made the whole organization very slow and flexible. Due to new hybrid organization structure, Airtel has come with a large number of features like divisional, geographic and horizontal structure, improving business efficiency, proactive with a different kind of flexibility, improving the power of various employees. This new kind of feature comes up with various kinds of divisional features like creation of B2C and B2B business verticals, decentralization way of decision making, integration of various customer-centric, excellent kind of coordination (Stork and Esselaar, 2017). This comes up with a large number of geographic features like grouping in a regional way, better kind of customer and distribution reach.

Orange is a well-known organization which has signed a good deal which with Bharti Airtel which can be used for acquiring two well-known branches. Both the organization did not reveal the value or amount of deal (Coelho, 2017). But various analysts have made an assurance of the fact that the total deal was of value 800-900 million dollars. Both the organization have signed a proper value of the deal in the month of July. The outlay for the total transaction is dependent on financials of Airtel which are two subsidiaries by the end of March 2016. It is equivalent to 7.9 times the Airtel in both the countries at the given time. As per the completion of the organization is approved by the required authorities.
Airtel is a well-known organization which comes up with 50% of the population. Sierra Leone generally tends to offer a certain amount of considerable growth. It was particularly seen when the significant amount of investment was there for extending the 3G network. Orange will maintain the same level of service to the customers (ODHIAMBO, 2015). Some of the latest launches in Liberia and other countries have resulted in the better joining of Orange group.
Telecomm operator that is Bharti Airtel focus to grow into the market with an average share value of 29.37%. The data from various reports have shown that the total customer base is of 946.66 million (Kabbiri et al., 2018). At the time of earning call, Airtel has made confirmation of the fact that subscriber base in India has crossed the required value that is 300 million, whereas the total value reached was of 413.8 million in the various organization. Airtel has made confirmation of that fact that the total rollout has reached a value of 107,000 mobile broadband services in the last few years. The telco group has made a profit of 24 crores in India which is the highest in any single year by the organization (Sekantsi and Motelle, 2016). Airtel has revealed the fact that the value of tax has fallen much below. The value of earnings before interest has also made a downfall. The operating value has showcased a large number of operation.
There is a large number of strategies which can be used for attracting a large number of customers (de Bruijn, Butter and Fall, 2017). There is a number of methods which can be used for increasing customer retention which is implemented and can easily have a massive amount of impact on the required business.
Reduction of Attrition: In the many of the cases it is seen that the organization loses some of its valuable customers. But only some of fail to recognizes the fact that how their customer base will become active again (Sujata et al., 2015). Airtel should start to invest an enormous amount of time, effort and various kinds of expense which can be used for building a proper kind of customer relationship.
Sell and then sell again: So many organizations around the globe have made clearance of the fact that people required an excellent amount of customer of the base while chasing more amount of business. Selling has begun with passage when a particular organization makes the value of required one.
Extraordinary customer base: A proper amount of method should be provided which can be keeping the various customer (Ongache, 2015). Moving various kinds of the customer is so much satisfied which is treated about the fact that how it can be easily dealt with. Airtel should move into providing a large number of products and service which can be easily gained by dealing with a large number of customers.

The planned investment in the upcoming years will provide a proper customer in Sierra Leone which will benefit to Sonatel group. In March 2015, the group comes up with a new plan known as “Essential 2020” which puts the strategy of the customer at its strategy. The ultimate goal is to allow them with full benefit from fully digital networks and along with the power of the new generation.
