Communication is very much important in the workplace. Colleagues need to communicate with each other in order to complete different tasks or in order to complete some critical tasks. There are different skills required to establish an effective communication between various stakeholders. These skill sets are listening, healthy non-verbal communication, maintaining clarity in one’s speech, the communicators should be friendly, and the communicators should have confidence among each other. The communicators should empathise with each other; the communicators should be opening minded along with respect for each other.

These are some of the important skill sets that are required to establish a good communication between different persons. The communicators should be good listeners in order to understand the context of other person’s speech.  The non-verbal communication like the body language and eye contact are very important while communicating as these can develop different meanings of one’s speech (Brown, et al, 2018). Three Separate Working Situations

Before executing a critical task, a person needs to contact or communicate with three different contemporaries, because they have made the team in order to complete the task. The task was selected in order to identify the critical costs centres of the organization. One person was responsible for both the marketing and sales departments while the other two individuals were responsible for the administrative works and the production works respectively. Being involved in the sales and marketing department the first person is responsible to make contact with different people like, customers, vendors etc. on a regular basis.

During making all type of communications with those different types of people every time he uses the previously mentioned sets of communication skills. He believes that a good communicator is always a good listener. The person always makes direct eye contact with his listeners during the conversations that help him to generate confidence inside him (Yusuf, et al, 2018).

The person faces several challenges during making communication with different individuals. The problem he faces is the issue of language barrier. When the listeners make communication or speak in different language it becomes critical for the person to understand and respond accordingly. Effective communication is necessary in order to implement  project management process successfully which is very important for an organization. To build an effective communication plan .

it is very important to consider different communication management technologies by the projects managers. An organization relies on different types of communication frameworks, like vertical, horizontal and diagonal (Müller, et al, 2018). If a company takes a projects that faces a bunch communication issues, then most of the time it results demotivation, frustration lagging of time, employee absenteeism, reduced productivity etc. (Müller, et al, 2018). 

There are certain communication models for the organizations. In Aristotle Model of Communication, the speaker plays a vital role in creating an effective communication process. Here the speaker is the only responsible person to takes care of all the responsibilities that brings the communication process to a certain level. In this model the process starts with properly arranging the thoughts through the group of sentences by the sender of the message. Then he deliver that message in such an effective that helps to attract the listeners for the communication. And then the receiver delivers his thoughts and perception through words in the desired way (Green, and Thorogood, 2018).

Three Separate Working Situations

In this the content of the message has to be impressive and effective. According to Berlo’s model of Communication the emotional aspect of the message is crucial for the effective result. This communication model operates on the basis of SMCR structure. In SMCR, S stands for Structure, M stands for message, C stands for Channel and R stands for Receiver. For this report a blend of both Aristotle and Berol’s model of communication are used.

Ethical communication is an idea through which an individual’s or a group’s behaviour are administrated by the moral which is responsible in affecting the communication. In general an ethical speaking communication process deals with a good presentation any type of conversation. An unethical communication can affect an organization negatively that can hamper the relationship with the stakeholders as unethical communication create disrespect to the people, and apart from this it can hamper the integrity as well.

Making an effective organization structure includes setting up a proper hierarchy that wil able to meet all the business objectives and goals. Through focusing on the customers’ satisfaction a business can eliminate unnecessary costs related to the ineffective infrastructure. In order to reduce unethical communication, frictions among the employees etc. it important to build an effective business structure aligning with people, process and technology for meeting customer requirements. Identifying the customer needs with the help of the team members and create an effective strategy is important for an organization. Organizing the business according to the customer is very helpful as each customer establishes demand for different types of product and services.

Almost all of the companies have their own policies and regulations that are responsible to govern them in order to maintain the security for the customer information. This process makes the organizations understand what type of customer data can be shared in the meetings and what types of data cannot be shared. This process also helps the organizations to understand what kinds data can be shared with other organizations, who can share and how can be shared. Most of the time this is incorporated the part of job description.

Organizational Documents

All organizations must have certain written policies and rules regarding some aspects like policies of confidentiality, identifying and updating community resources index, attending relative interagency. It is also important to make a policy regarding for how much an customer’s information should be stored when he is no longer connected with the organization’s service. For example: several government departments create documents that involve legal requirements for the employees in order to storing and keeping maintenance of information.  According to the organizations all the related information of the clients will be kept to the Cabinet for the next 5 years before getting archived. All the client’s information will be destroyed in 7 years after the cases will close.

The agency provides procedural guidelines and policy in order to support services practice. The policies and procedures must support the ethical and legislation standards of the community service sector. The quality of services is reflected by how the organizations as well as the workers are following the rules and regulations related to service delivery. There are legal documents that are responsible to provide procedures for ethical practices, duty of care guidelines, access and equity, child protection plans, occupational health and safety guidelines etc. (Giles, et al, 2018). Some policies are implemented by some outsiders authorities like Parliament and other funding bodies that provide the board policy background where companies operate policy which creates within the organization and influenced by the outsider policies.

the benefits of having full access of internet overshadow any type of initial concern. Through online connection the aged cared residents can live in touch with their families through email and video calling services. Apart from this they can entertain themselves by reading online newspapers and by watching videos. Through online services older people can order groceries, can access public transport, gaining information about the road map etc. All of these services help the older people to stay informed and lower stress.

Internet is an important concept for all age grouped people considering the modern time. As the aged care sector is becoming more competitive day by day, the use of online platform for marketing and for providing services to the customers can bring noticeable competitive advantage for the companies. As Consumer Directed Care (CDC) creates critical impact on both the home and residential care sectors, the providers should find creative ways to offer customer focused care in this competitive market. Through offering internet based systems in sectors like banks, he providers are now meeting not only the customer requirements but also they are also nurturing the customers’ lifestyle. There are so many institutions that provide basic computer and internet related courses to the older people. There are institutions like community centres, religious groups, libraries and educational centres who provide computer lessons to the older people with no or less experience on a regular basis.

Good and effective communication drives the organization on a smoother path of operations. Ability to listen carefully helps to build an effective communication. Online service providing processes for the older people are so much helpful considering the older care sector.
