The ways to involve team members belonging in various departments include understanding the interests of the members and the specialisation that they have. This can help every team member to learn new things from one another so that they can help each other in every department and field without having to find any problem in doing the work. Motivation can be provided to every team member so that they continue to work in a harmonious manner for the development of the team that they are placed (R?ducan & R?ducan, 2014). Learning new skills can help in personal growth and development along with experience.
The meeting among the team members consisted of description about the roles and responsibilities of each of the members. As it has been seen, every team member has been assigned duties that cover the specialities that they have. The meeting also helped in analysing the gap that exists within the team members in terms of gaining knowledge as well as cooperating with one another. A SMART analysis of the team members and the potentials are also accounted for in the meeting, which highlighted the strategies that can be undertaken to provide assistance about the accountabilities of the team members. Future development opportunities are also stated in the meeting as a goal for the team members.
General Manager: The performance plans for addressing gaps of the general manager can be gaining accuracy in research data. The KPI needs to be management of the motivation of the employees.
Sales Manager: The sales manager needs to take into account the number of sales that can be gained within the team. The performance plans need to address the sales that need to be made for gaining profit.
Finance Manager: The KPIs and the performance plans of the financial manager are to identify the revenue of the company and ensure that proper profit can be gained by the organisation.

The communication policy that needs to be followed includes identifying the manner in which team members can be provided with the message to motivate the people. It is necessary that a proper communication chain be maintained so that every team member gains access to the information that is provided by the leader. This can be done by following a systematic procedure of mailing so that team members get to know about the important dates and details that need to be followed. As stated by Goetsch and Davis (2014) communication helps building trust among the members of the team and therefore, it can help in formulating a complete process of team effectiveness
The project tasks need to be done by keeping in mind the budget and the time of deadline. Any delay in the deadline may result in more expense of finances for the company. Therefore, trained candidates need to be recruited so that projects can be completed within the deadline. At the same time, the employees need to be provided with an opportunity to continue to be innovative as long as it does not affect the production and the project deadline.
The meeting conducted was in accordance with the communication policy made by the leaders. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure that every member of the team maintain proper communication with one another and provide support during the work undertaken. It is necessary that the team members develop a sense of trust and loyalty towards the organisation and the leaders so that effective management can take place. As stated by Balon (2014) the communication policy need to be such that every member understand their role and comply with the manner necessary for the success of the organisation.
Corrective action plan need to focus on the issues within the team so that the team members can collaborate effectively. The performance issue that may affect the organisation includes lack of coordination between the team members. This may hamper the progress of the organisations and at the same time, the leaders may be affected as the trust of the team is important. Hence, proper counselling method needs to be adapted as corrective plan so that any issues can be resolved. The corrective plan needs to be implemented within one to two months.
As a role model, I would ensure that any important information received by me, be communicated at once to my team members. This can provide them with an opportunity to align the work method with any new development that has taken place. I can use social communication or mail so that I can assist the team members at every time. I would even put out notice so that team members can be notified of changes while entering the organisation.
