Efficiency is defined as the ability of an individual to produce at personal level or as a way of fulfilling ones responsibility as an employee in a certain organization. Efficiency is mainly influenced by both social and economic factors. In real life instances, efficiency is believed to be the various ways in which existing problems are eliminated to enhance changes for development to take place. Efficiency has power to clear a path for possibility and provides a platform for growth and development to an individual or even a business unit. Efficiency leads to the increase of productivity and also leads to the achievement of desired goals in a way that if products from a given company or a business center’s are of great quality, its demand will eventually rise hence more profit recording.
Healthy identity as well as relationship among the employees and the management grows since there is good performance and job satisfaction. The success of everybody or organizational group is determined by the surrounding and the people within it. Interactions bring all about new ideas and bring people together which makes assurance of successful event through sharing (Deli?, 2011). For the expansion in terms of width and height, there should be combinations of other factors which were put together for the purpose of achievement. In life matters, the reality is that we all need someone to lean on, for example, an entrepreneur needs customers to consume his products and the other side the customer needs the entrepreneur to satisfy his needs that in human life we all need each other full participation to make life a complete equation.
For the higher degree of efficiency, motivation takes almost fifty percent as a backup as a thriving strategic plan (Rahim,, et al , 2013). The power of motivation is shown by a great achiever by the name Maslow’s who states that every person has got dreams and ideas that he or she plans to attain in future and can only be achieved through motivation. Maslow came up with a motivational theory known as Maslow’s Hierarchy where he transferred his ideas in a triangular design method which says that everybody starts from bottom to the top through the arrangement of hierarchy pyramid stages (Gatzlaff & Smith, 1993).
Maslow stated that for every forward movement one needed to be motivated so as to perform even much better. Another good example comes from Fredrick Herzberg’s who came up with a motivational theory known as Herzberg Two-Factor theory which states the interrelations between one organ to the other, he relates the two organs and claims that each part motivates the other to function effectively which is the same thing portrayed between the employees and the organization. The other evidence to consider is the economic efficiency which also shows the interrelation of one idea from one part to the other and it cannot work or perform well in absence of the other hence encourages unity, growth, and development in organizational groups regardless of its purpose (Fiaz, et al, 2017).
The concept of interdependence has also worked well in learning center especially the higher education center like universities and colleges. In a class, different students have a different understanding capacity that some take a lot of time before the learned concept sink in their minds where’s others take and sank the information at the first herd where the blighter ones offers assistance to the less fortunate in the class. Also, another situation in class is where the lecturer may choose to give out group work where the student discusses and exchange ideas to give the best answers as required by the lecturer.
The students in school also share different life skills to each other so as to make their stay in school smooth and precise, this is applicable where some students carry the role of peer counselors to provide a message of hope to the depressed students through taking them through counseling sessions. Another instance that shows dependence is the relationship between the student and the lecturer they both need each other one as a career work and beneficiary is in search of wisdom and for the purpose of doing well in examination tests.
I suggest that people should not lock themselves in the house because it hasn’t favored them but instead, they should walk out and join the crowd where through interactions they will end up developing a skill to feel owned and loved by the society. On the other hand, I conclude that one should always learn to associate with other people and exchange ideas since this works as a great determinant of a successful. Efficiency is brought about by good altitude that comes from the employees whose grievances are well attended with respect to their needs and being given a listening ear by the management, therefore all business organization should give their employees best treatment so that they can be able to achieve maximum positive results. Motivation is the super backup to achieve efficiency in every organization, private sector, and any performance so people should have the heart to send their views as a way of motivating and encouraging one to perform even much better and move on (Hewapathirana, 2012).
