In the recent years, the coffee shops in Australia have been growing rapidly and the Australian people focus more on the quality of the Coffee. Australian customers are curious to identify the coffee origin and taste (Bolman & Deal, 2017). This interest leads the coffee shops to develop strategic plan to enhance their business. This study deals with the business planning of A Passion for Caffeine, which is a startup coffee shop in Australia. The company “A Passion for Caffeine” will be a startup coffee shop and is going to establish in Sydney. In order to enhance their business, this organization needs to incorporate some strategic activities. There are basically four types of coffee shops are existed in the business market like licensed café, bring your own café, licensed and Bring your own café and the last one is Unlicensed café. “A Passion for Caffeine” is made up with licensing and following the trend of brings my own café style. This organization aims to launch some innovative product in their business to attract the local as well as the foreign customers.
Organizational structure is a crucial part of any startup as well as established business. However, the organizational structure influences the managerial decision of an organization (Ferraro & Briody, 2017). In the context of A Passion for Caffeine” they need to develop a proper organizational structure to establish their new business plan.
