Generally, workplace equity is a wide scope phenomenon that captures equality in payment and other compensation programs as well as the broad array of factors that offer environment for employment equity.
It accesses the resources and tools that foster adequate environment towards which employment equity can be implemented . This is governed by a wide network of agreements and legislative aspects promulgated by the law and the corporate jurisdiction.
Employment equity can be described as the process of achieving basics of equality in the various employment aspects. Its establishments go beyond the directives of equal opportunity at the workplace. This is because systematic discrimination had been the fundamental scope of inability in employment equality.

Conventionally therefore, workplace equity offers an important environment with which the corporate goals and objectives can be met when cohesion between the different corporate structures is established.
