This acquisition also builds the international position of the company and spread the transport network of company. In year 1994 the CERTIQUALITY also provided the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001 to ARCESE for delivering the high quality services. After this in year 1997, the Eleuterio Arcese also gets the “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award from the Chamber of Commerce of Milan (ARCESE, 2013). The RFID system has the requirement of microchips that includes the user addressed data that can be read or track from the distance of up to 100 meters. The RTLS technology is also one another location method that identifies the location of goods or objects in real time. In the use of this technology badges or tags are attached with goods or objects and individual receives the signals from the tags to identify locations (Geier, 2015). In the transportation, logistics and distribution service business, RTLS system plays significant role in delivery of goods on their final destinations quickly with high security features. At the same time, RTLS system is also based on the wireless technology such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi that helps in tracking the objects or goods easily.

In addition to this, the security systems of these terrorism affected countries and political instability of these countries also can affect the operations of ARCESE negatively (Taylor et al, 2014). Further, change in the climate of countries also can affect the sea and air freights business of company as company offers the facility of sea, road, and air transportations.
Apart from this, there are different factors available that can affect the performance of ARCESE such as rules and regulations of the government, tariff rates, exchange rate, custom duty, and changes in the fuel prices. The governments of different countries have the different rules and regulations related to trade and transfer of goods and services from one region or country to another that affects the services and operations of the ARCESE as company operates their business in various countries. Along with this, changes in the exchange rate also affect the profit of company sometimes it reduces the profit that has impact on the financial performance of company (Christopher, 2016). At the same time, changes in the price of fuel also increase the cost of ARCESE services and decrease the profit that affects the competitive strategy of company. In addition to this, the competition in Logistics and Supply Chain industry also affects the growth of ARCESE.
From the analysis of ARCESE, Italy, it can be recommended that company can expand their business in untapped market through offering the high quality transportation and logistics services. Along with this, company needs to focus on the reducing the cost of their services through reducing the cost of business operations and creating the effective communication system. Furthermore, company needs to adopt the RTLS system for the tracing and tracking of goods that can reduce the cost of company and can build the effective communication system within the company.
