The Project for providing training presentation to the employees of Elite Operaton with the detailed presentation and training to the small to medium size enterprise through the commercial mechanism. The project will integrate the existing process followed in the organisation for providing training to its employees. The project for training presentation needs to be developed and presented within a short period of time. This allows the employed to enhance the management, team leadership and team development process within their work. Furthermore, the developed training program provides a certain amount of flexibility that allows in serving a broader customer base.
