In supporting such though, Brendan O’Connor, the Shadow Employment Minister, stated that the labour should receive the opportunities to be thee permanent employees by considering several objective tests. It is also noted that O’Connor criticized the governments’ failure regarding the industrial relation policy. The method that government has undertaken to reduce such corrupt activities is highly controversial.
