Proposal will be opened immediately after the closing date for the submission of the proposals in the presence of consultant who wish to attend.

Strengths
The sub-contractor needs to be expert in managing and finishing the work on time. He needs to be have the skill of handling the workers who will be working for the project. The sub-contractor should have the proper license authorized under the Government of India. He must possess an extensive domain of customer knowledge. He must support the process of proposal and must meet the calls of data. He must develop pricing which is aggressive. The sills of extensive proposal preparation and the capability to persuade and write to the customer must also be present in him.( El-Abbasy, et.al 2013)

6a. The scaffolding is the guide through which the individual components like materials and frames are being assembled to build a scaffold. The remedial measure to be taken is that the scaffolding must be designed again so that it can withstand the load of tools and workers and it must not be overloaded. (Ulubeyli, et.al 2010)The surface of scaffold must also be kept clean for preventing any hazard. The scaffolding’s beneath area must be roped off to serve as a warning for any possible hazard and also for preventing any accidental entry. The remedial measures taken to address the matter of scaffolding is that all the scaffolding should be dismantled, erected and altered in a manner which is safe.( Love, et.al 2009) The above work must be achieved by following the required guidance under the supervision of a person who is competent. The proposed alteration or modification must be designed by a person who has experience in this field and should be proven by calculation. The design must be such that techniques of dismantling and safe erection can be applied throughout the weeks. For ensuring stability of the scaffold which is complex, drawing must be formed and can be supplemented with necessary instructions when needed.( Liu, M., Ballard, G., & Ibbs, W. 2010) A competent scaffold should lead the team of scaffold gang. The workers must be efficient enough for the work they are undertaking and must have got sufficient training which is relevant to the kind of scaffolding they are operating on.( Ozorhon, B. 2012) The operatives of scaffolding must be up to date according to the safety guidance and the current changes.( Moselhi, et.al 2009) The scaffolding hirers have the responsibility to inspect the following things which is follow installation before using it. This must be done at a period of seven days. Next step is to follow the circumstances which are liable to hinder the safety of the installation. For example high winds can prove an obstacle in this regard. The inspection report of the scaffold must note any defect that can risk safety and measures.
6b. The remedial measure to be taken for repairing the crack in external brick wall of Greenwich Road is to first repair the mortal joints. Then there is a need to remove old and loose mortar and then to repair a cracked or broken corner. Then the new mortar is needed to be prepared. The application of new mortar in joints is now done. Then the repointing of the joints is done. (Ozorhon, B. 2012)
6c. The remedy for inadequate bracing can be found in installing beams where walls are to be removed. The additional support to the rafters is needed to be provided.( Sacks, et.al 2009) The flitch plate is needed to be installed to existing support. Lastly additional foundation support is needed to be installed. Then the addition of new wall is needed to be done between framing.( Seppänen, et.al 2010)
