The indigenous Australians generally faceworse healthcare servicesas compared tonon-indigenous people. Thisgap is the significant reason for the lack of progress in the healthcare setting for the LGBT aboriginal Australians. They are socially discriminated in terms of healthcare development. The life expectancy of the aboriginal people is lower due to the lack of proper healthcare opportunities. The life expectancy of the LGBT females is 73.7 years while the life expectancy of the non-indigenous LGBT female is 83.1 years that clearly signifies the lack of sufficient healthcare opportunities. Only 35% of the indigenous die after 65 years while the others face premature death due to lack of awareness, unavailability of the healthcare opportunities and unhealthy lifestyle. Thus, there is a serious necessity to the healthcare development in the vulnerable population of TorresStrait Islanders. The lack of healthcare awareness is the key reason for the promotion of healthcare wellbeing and risk association. Moreover, domestic violence and women abuse are also the results of the lack of healthcare awareness. The risk factors are related to the unhealthy intercourse practices, healthcare discriminations for the indigenous people, healthcare discrimination for the LGBT communities. The purpose of this study is to the aspects of healthcare inequalities based on the difference of social structure and unequal distribution of the healthcare facilities (Butlow, Mullan, White, Morrison & Bennett, 2017). The difference is social structure is based on the healthcare wellbeing, risk assessment, domestic violence and violence prevention, life expectancy and morbidity and mortality. Various socio-cultural, political and environmental factors are associated with the unequal distribution of healthcare practices. There is the requirement of safe intercourse knowledge among the LGBT people of aboriginal communities of Torres Strait Islanders. The awareness and knowledge of safe intercourse and healthcare practices would decrease the severe diseases and increase the life expectancy. Recommendations will be provided on the identified diseases and unhealthy physical practices for the development of a safe and healthy lifestyle with a large life expectancy. The concluding part of the study will summarize the whole discussion in a nutshell and provide an overall recommendation on safety practices for healthcare development (Cunningham, 2010).
The difference in the healthcare wellbeing between indigenous and non-indigenous women is large. The aboriginal communities do not get sufficient healthcare felicity what the non-aboriginal gets. The life expectancy gap between the LGBT youth ofindigenous communities and nonindigenous communities is 9.5 years. Moreover, the most notable difference in life expectancy is found in the age group of 25 to 32 years old people where the ghastliness of healthcare problems is 5 times larger than the non-indigenous people (Bainbridge, McCalman, Clifford & Tsey, 2015). Due to the unhealthy lifestyle, the rate of circulatory disease is increased by 26%, cancer by 19%, metabolic and nutrition problem of 9% and 15% of the sexually transmitted disease. The increase of disease among the LGBT communities of the Torres Strait Islanders is a big concern for the healthcare development of Australia. The most commonrisks due to an unhealthy lifestyle, unsafe intercourse, and improper food habit are cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. The smoking habit is also a risk factor associated with the healthcare problems of the LGBT communities of the TorresStrait Islanders (Buttigieg, Rathert & Eiff, 2015). The LGBT men and women start smoking before the completion of 12 years. This increases the risk factors of diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory problem. Recently, the symptoms of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome have become very common among the LGBT communities of the aboriginals of Torres Straitislands. Appropriate medical facilities should be developed in the Torres Strait Island that will enable the youths of the LGBT community for a regular checkup. Use of the medicated lubricants should only be used during performing intercourse or else there might develop chances of infections that might result in fatal consequences.

Sensitization of the community people is important so that the discrimination that happens with the LGBT community can be lowered. Proper knowledge and strategies to perform safe intercourse should be incorporated in the mind of the LGBT youth community. The accountability to aware and sensitize the community people should be taken by the government and the other nongovernmental organization who are working in the region via health promotion campaigns (Watkin Lui, 2012).
The rural health facilities should be developed in a proper way that will help in monitoring the sexual health of the LGBT community among the aboriginal population of the Torres Strait Islanders (Taylor, Thompson & McDermott, 2016). Due to discrimination and inadequate education, the LGBT communities are facing problems in their sexuality that is resulting in fatal sexual disease (Sajiv, 2013). Safe practice like using protection during intercourse, use of properly medicated lubricants will help to mitigate the chance of developing sexual problems. The Government should take responsibility in developing the awareness and sensitization program that will enable the communities to get sensitized about this serious problem. The government health facilities that exist in the Torres Strait Islands should be developed properly so that the monitoring and diagnosis of the disease can be performed in a proper way. These steps from the government will help to mitigate the issues prevalent in the LGBT community among the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islanders.
