The major concern of the task was to find out the influence of culture on the performance and the management skills of those managers who operate in the international level. The Chinese culture largely affects as well as influences the managers in their work field and this has been described here. Apart from that, some of the useful theories have been discussed here to understand the situation easily. After that, it can be easily understood that the Chinese culture largely influence the attitude of the managers in their workplace.
