This is in relation to the project that has already been submitted. There have been major changes in the field of information technology and that has been affecting the services that the company has been providing to its clients (Abdullah & Said, 2017). As we see that there were few problems that were discussed with the management of the company with relation to few real-world problems. In this assignment we will discuss how Fin Tech Technology can help in the same by providing support with relation to solving the information technology issues, making investing and operational decisions. The company is in a startup stage and Fintech can provide them with the necessary help that they require for their operation (Boghossian, 2017).

Fintech helps in combining technology with finance and with the help of information technology can solve this problem that many company faces. In this project also, this company can be very helpful in providing the necessary services that can solve the problem of financing. The company need finances to support their operations for which they are lacking skill labor. So, the first solution would be go for websites that provides cloud computing solution where the solution is modified as per the needs of the user. These websites provide variety of services and thus can be helpful in providing skilled labor at cheap prices and solve a major problem for the company (Charles H, et al., 2015). Most of the changes are done based on the needs of the user and so the company can rely on them, so they do not have to spend money in training their labor and that finance can be thus used for more lucrative purposes. The aim should be to go for such options that can help in reducing the overall financing cost for the company and support their operations
The second solution would be go through secured channels of financing that includes people brokers and lenders and venture capitalist that would be interested in investing in the project. There are many companies nowadays that want to invest in good project so that they can get the benefits that will reap later. They don’t take any interest also in most of the cases. If we go through money lenders in the market the charges of interest are very high and then it becomes difficult to get sufficient amount of finance that is needed. So, the aim should be to go through venture capitalist that will help in funding the operations and provide their own experience that will help in the growth of the project and the company. Thus, it is always better to choose such channels that are more secured than money lenders. Also, if the overall interest rate is low that would be a great benefit for the company (Coate & Mitschow, 2017). Brokers often indulges in fraud that would affect the companies very badly and thus they should consider taking these information which can from reputed sites and opt for venture capitalist so that they have funds from secured sources.
Investment is one of the biggest source of revenue for the company. Money makes money and that should be what the company should aim for when they are making investing decisions. Investing requires a lot of market analysis and research and it is not always possible to predict how the money will flow. The main aim of Fintech companies are combing financing services with technology and investing decisions are one of the major financing decisions that the companies need to take and so it can be said that if companies opt for FinTech companies they would get the necessary services and the overall cost would also be less. In case of real world we see that there are major issues with respect to making decisions about investments, there are so many investment options available form SIP, to mutual funds, equity, banks etc. that companies find it difficult to choose one and in that case they opt for such services that are mostly not secured from unsolicited brokers and thus there arises the need for technologically advanced solutions that can provide them real time information (Cundill, et al., 2017). When it comes to trading there are lot of issues involved as real time information is not available to the companies as a lot of insider trading occurs and thus there arises the need of secured channels and Fintech Companies can help in solving the same and providing the necessary information and that would help in solving the problems that are associated with investing (Johan, 2018). There are lot of insider trading that happens when dealing in shares and thus that is an issue that should be taken care of, and companies like Fintech helps in eradicating the same and helps the company to invest in proper funding that would reap them more interest in the future.
Operational Decisions are related to the overall business operations of the company and it goes from taking decisions with respect to day to day operations and taking decisions with respect to annual movement of the company. The major part of the finances of a company is spent in supporting its operational decisions and thus it becomes imperative that they are doing the same with a lot of caution.In case of this company the major problems that it faces is with logistics which covers securing the raw materials and delivering the finished products to the consumer in the end. Thus, we see that there are many issues with relation to the operations and get proper resources that might help in solving this problem of logistics. In this case Fintech companies can be of help as they can help in getting services of such vendors that can help in solving the problems by providing technologically advance services to the companies. These vendors use technology to see the transit of the products from the companies to the end users (Kaufmann, 2017). Fintech helps in getting services of such vendors through cloud computing and other methods that are economical and in which the overall costing would be less. Logistics can also helps in saving a lot of cost for this company if they get discounted services. It will also help in securing the materials as and when required and delivering the same to the customers without any delays. This will help in improving the confidence of the customers in the product majorly and will also be helpful to the company. So, when finance meets technology it helps in providing upgraded services as per this century and so the end user is benefited from the same. In the real world we see that there are so many issues with relation to logistics and same cause so much loss to the company and to the customers also (Wellmer, 2018). In real world the companies tie up with vendors to provide them with logistic services but there is no third-party involvement in that, so that is not properly regulated. When companies like Fintech intervene in the same and provide such services then that is properly regulated, and the companies have better services. It saves them lot of cost that is associated with logistics and the company will also benefit from the same accordingly (Kusolpalalert, 2018).
The second solution that can be used provided with respect to operations is the mobility of the technology so that it is easily accessible to the people who are working for the company in other locations also. Mobility is important to make the overall delivery faster and customer friendly. It helps in removing the bugs that might be there in the system. Companies like Fintech helps in solving this issue they provide cloud computing through which information can be made available as and when required with the help of advanced technology. It is important that mobility should be achieved and that is one of the major issue in case of the given company (Ruth, 2018). Technology is very vital for many companies. In case of real solutions companies opt for software’s like SAP and Tally where they can save their information and common networks also through which employees can access the same through different regions. But these are not always safe and there are lot of issues involved with transition, hence Fintech helps in solving the same by providing regulated services at reduced prices by managing the movement of technological services through use of cloud computing services which are secured channels and thus employees can use that as per their convenience and there can be customized as per the needs of the company. In the given case also, the company can use such services and customize it as per their own needs and then can ask the employees to operate on the same to get the best results (Webster, 2017).

Based on the overall assignment it can be said that such Fintech companies are great source of help to many companies and thus we have witnessed that over the years there have been major investment in them. Global investment in FinTech companies were worth US$24.7 billion in 2016, and it is estimated that increasing investment in the UK FinTech sector would help create an additional 100,000 jobs in UK by 2020. They are providing and creating jobs for people in all fields and companies are relying on them to solve their problems that are related to technology and financial services. So, we see that in this company also as per the project these Fintech services can be of great help if they are used properly. In case they are not customized as per the needs of the company then that would not be of great help to the company, so it is important that when opting for such services the company needs to check that properly. Overall opting for such services would be a great help to the management and the company in all ways possible. Information Technology has solved a lot of issues and it is in a growing stage and companies should try to take full advantage of the same and try to incorporate the same in their services and actions. It is also important that the company should evaluate the overall pros and cons of choosing such companies to support their services and should always go for long term validation and that would help them in the long run. Overall, we see that the success of the company depends upon the decision of the management.
