Crime as well as the violence are interrelated with the drug abuse and are taken at various levels of the society. Illegal use of the drugs has been considered to be very harmful to the drug addicts. It has been seen that drug and drug-related do not overlap with time or with space. The uses of the illegal drugs have significantly increased throughout the world. On the other hand, the use of the illegal drug creates violence between gangs(Alcohol Rehab).  “There are several assertions which imply that violence and drugs are closely linked to each other.”

Moreover, there are several factors that contribute to promoting the use of illegal drugs and crime.  Whereas the empirical evidence show that no relationship exists between drug and violence as the desired cause and effect.  There are certain factors such as poverty, wealth inequality, income, corruption, economic crisis and frustrated expectations which play the vital role in causing violence between various gangs(“Economic Decline Encourages Drug Addicts To Inject”).   The chemical composition of the drugs affects the body of the drug addicts dangerously. In order to continue the use of illegal drugs, it becomes very important to have the desired supply and demand of the drugs.   There are some members of the upper classes within the society that contributes towards the execution of the business processes of the drugs and crime. The desired relationship between the use of the illegal drugs and violence reveals the fact that drugs lead to serious violence between the drug addicts(Frye and O’Campo). The consumption of drugs affects the behavior of the concerned person and leads to cause violence or quarrel between them.    Evidence critically highlight the desired fact that people who are affected by drugs as well as by the alcohol cause more crimes.  Sometimes those people who are under the influence of the use of the illegal drugs or alcohol contribute towards the occurrence of the crimes.  People those who are under the influence of the use of illegal drugs shows different relations.  The drug addict’s shows different types of behavior or emotions such as they sometimes gets angry, frustrated, happy, depressed or social. Moreover, it has become more important for the people to know the harmful effects of drug consumption (Joe-Laidler and Hunt). The use of the illegal drugs affects the hormones and the body cells of the human body and on the other hand, it damages the thinking ability of the humans. Moreover, the facts arise that somewhere the illegal use of the drugs are interconnected or interrelated to the violence between the gangs.

The lack of inhibition of many of the peoples sets up the platform for them to get engaged within the related to the drug consumption illegally.   This has been the serious issue for many countries and it has been regarded as the criminal offense in many of the well-known countries. The chemical composition of the different types of the drugs harms the human body physically and mentally and results in sex crimes, assaults, property crimes and many other types of violence (Raja et al.). There are many other types of people who criticize the government of the respective country for the legal action or the legal use of the drugs in their own country, but the fact resides that people should be aware of the harmful effects of drug consumption.  Moreover, the past researchers have critically suggested that increased use of crack cocaine as well as the methamphetamine contributes a lot towards the violent behavior of the drug addicts.   There are several effects of the drug consumption which gives rise to violence in the humans. The illegal drug consumption makes people become irrational, agitated, excited and also become uncontrollable.   Tweaking is the desired term which describes the particular behavior that the crack, as well as the methamphetamine users shows and these, includes worsening paranoia, violent seeking to drugs and chronic and belligerence (Thoumi).  Thus, the violence has become the common results of the drug consumption and it is seen in most of the drug addicts.  A small dispute between the gangs which illegally uses the drugs creates the violence and this mainly affects their healthy in both ways such as mentally and psychically.
