This research identifies the impact of exercise and healthy eating on the health of UK people. Physical activity is leading human functions and needs that benefit across the natural life. There is strong evidence that UK people benefit from physical activity through improved muscular fitness, bone health, cardiorespiratory, metabolic health biomarkers, and cardiovascular (Naughton, McCarthy, and McCarthy, 2015). This research will discuss the research objective and literature review. It will also explain the methodology for this investigation. This report will present the data through graph and chart and also exhibits the reflective observations of the team working.

According to Sibley et al. (2018), physical activity is illustrated as any bodily movement that is generated by skeletal muscles and provides energy beyond inactive expenditure. Exercise is a division of physical activity that is structured, planned, repetitive and determined in the sense that enhances and maintains the physical fitness.
In opposed to this, McGill et al. (2015) evaluated that exercise is the physical exertion of the body making where physical activity provides the healthy and healthier level of physical fitness both physical and mental health. Exercise physiology is a sub-discipline of kinesiology that identifies the short-term organic responses towards the stress of physical activity as well as how the body accepts to a repeated short period of physical activity over time.
In the view of Barton et al. (2016), healthy eating defines that eating a variety of foods provide nutrients to people that need to maintain the health, feel good as well as have energy. The nutrients involve the fat, water, vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, and minerals. In opposed to this, Blundell et al. (2015) evaluated that exercise boosts the energy. An effective working circulatory system can stimulate an individual. Furthermore, regular exercises can increase the circulation and reduce the heart and lungs disease of an individual as well as aids to perform better. Regular exercise can also aid to better sleep as well as it can relax a person so that they can fall sleepy more easily at night.
In the view of Geissler and Powers (2017), healthy eating may favorably impact on the health of UK people. Eating healthfully permits the body of an individual to perform better. When an individual eats healthfully then they feel more conscious. Further, eating a healthy mix of fruits, grains, vegetables, protein, and dairy provides all the nutrients to the body that it needs. It also declines the chance of cardiovascular diseases, type- 2 diabetes, stroke, and cancer. With the healthy diet, the body of an individual physically functions better.
In opposed to this, Rosen et al. (2014) illustrated that healthy eating can provide the mental benefits to an individual. Eating healthfully can enhance the boost the mood as well as lower the stress level. Furthermore, mental health can more stimulate the body satisfied and running smoothly.
RO3: To recommend the strategy to improve the awareness of UK people towards exercise and healthy eating
According to Bunn et al. (2016), health organization should individually target the programs. This program can modify the readiness of a person for changes in particular interests. These programs will also aid an individual to involve the physical activity into their daily routines by teaching them behavioral skills like developing social support, setting goals, rewarding themselves for small success, solving issues, and eliminating relapse. In opposed to this, Rosen et al. (2014) opined that the company should use school-based physical education. In this way, the school can increase the amount of spending time for a student in PE class and increases their activity level during the physical education class.
In the view of Blundell et al. (2015), health organization can coordinate the efforts to attain the healthy people objectives between different groups as well as agencies. Along with this, the government can endorse the healthy food choices in away from home sites like fast food outlets, restaurants, worksite cafeterias, sports, recreation venues, and arts.
In this research, causal research type will be used as it will aid to assess the relationship between two variables i.e. exercise and healthy eating, and Health of UK people. In this way, exercise and healthy eating is an independent variable while Health of UK people is the dependent variable.
For this research, both qualitative and quantitative research design will be used to solve the research concern. This design will be selected due to containing the characteristics of both qualitative and quantitative research design. Qualitative research design will be beneficial for obtaining the theoretical information regarding research concern such as literature review (Mirowsky, 2017). In addition, quantitative research design will be selected to collect the numeric data regarding research issue such as survey through a questionnaire.
Along with this, both primary and secondary data collection method will be used to complete the objective of this research. Primary data collection technique will be used to gather the fresh and first-hand information regarding the impact of exercise and healthy eating on the health of UK people. Primary data will be collected from survey through a questionnaire to gain the depth understanding regarding research concern. It will aid to get the reliable outcome. Furthermore, secondary data will be pooled from secondary sources such as textbook, journal articles, online websites and offline sources. It will help to get the authentic research result (Rosen, et. al., 2014).
For the purpose of this research, a simple random probability sampling method will be used to choose the sample from a large number of the population on the random basis. In this research, 55 people will be selected who used to exercise and healthy eating from different geographical areas of the UK.
Ethical consideration is essential for the investigation to obtain the reliable outcome. In this research, an investigator will keep the confidentiality of participants to conduct ethical research. The researcher will also use the privacy act to maintain the privacy of participants during and after the research. They will also use the secondary sources such as journal article, textbook and online sources and cited it in each paragraph cautiously to decline the chances of unethical behavior. The researcher will also avoid the copyright issues and use their own words to write the research as it would be effective to eliminate the ethical concern from research (Grogan, 2016).

As per the above table and chart, it can be stated that 41 out of 55 participants believe that exercise and healthy eating may decline the disease uncertainty. In contrast to this, only 9 out of 55 respondents do not believe in this statement. Furthermore, the standard deviation is 8.803 i.e. higher as it demonstrates that the numbers of responses are spread out over a wide range of value.

In contrast to this, only 7 out of 55 respondents do not agree with the given statement. Furthermore, the standard deviation is 10.07 i.e. higher as it indicates that the data are nearest to average expected value.

As per the above table and chart, it can be stated that 21 out of 55 participants believe that exercise and health awareness program is a key strategy to improve the awareness of UK people towards exercise and healthy eating. In opposed to this, only 19 out of 55 respondents believe that endorse the healthy food choice can be an effective strategy to improve the awareness of UK people towards exercise and healthy eating. Furthermore, the standard deviation is 3.05 i.e. low as it exhibits that data values are nearest to the expected value.
Conclusions
From the above interpretation, it can be concluded that exercise and healthy eating may decline the disease uncertainty such as heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and hypertension. It can also be summarized that exercise and healthy eating has a favorable impact on the health of UK people. It can be also concluded that Exercise and health awareness program is a key strategy to improve the awareness of UK people towards exercise and healthy eating. Furthermore, it can be concluded that both qualitative and quantitative research design will be used to complete the investigation.
I have worked in a team for completing this report where, I have observed that the entire team member plays a different role in this team. I have pointed that some team member was engaged to gather the data from primary sources such as survey through questionnaire while some of the team members were engaged to pool the information regarding the impact of exercise and healthy eating on the health of UK people through secondary sources. These secondary sources were textbook, journal articles, online resources and offline articles. I have also observed that all team members have coordinated with each other in terms of understanding the research concern. This team working activity has enhanced my team building skills and also improves my decision-making skills.
