The purpose of this paper is to develop a project plan that can meet the needs and requirements of successful deployment of a cloud-based ERP system that can manage the operational activities of the organization in much efficient and effective manner. Hence, this could resist the growth and development of the organization. The ERP is being proposed as the business solution that can allow the organization to accomplish the necessary objectives those could possibly eliminate the existing problems of the organization.
The purpose is to introduce a sophisticated business solution that can meet the necessary objectives and goals of the organization. The ERP is an effective resource planning tool that can allow cloud-based interconnectivity of the information between the organizational components and manage the necessary supply chain management, customer relationship management, and human resource management in much efficient and effective way.
Research Questions
As discussed in the previous paper, following are the research questions selected for the research:
It is necessary to collect reliable resources before moving forward towards the data analysis. Thereafter, there are the possibilities that the collected resources are not very relevant to the research and hence, sorting can be done for identifying most reliable resources and thus, analysis can be done. Annotated bibliography helps in collecting the different resources and summarizing their main points and so, it will be done thereafter. The next step will be to identify the gaps and perform analysis that can critically propose the best suited options or solutions for the proposed ERP system. The results can be collected to meet the expected outcome and result of the research.
Secondary data analysis is selected considering the ten reliable and peer reviewed resources along with the additional informative papers. Annotated bibliography will allow in analysing the gaps and proposing the best solution for the organization based on the research.
The sources are collected from reliable libraries including Google Scholar, Elsevier, IEE, and others. It has been observed that every paper is peer reviewed by others that makes them reliable for further proceeding.
Secondary data analysis using annotated bibliography.
Theoretical data is being collected considering the different perspectives of many writers who emphasized and reflected on the same topic.
The information is paraphrased and referenced wherever the same information is being collected from the sources. None of the information of the sources are being claimed as the personal research. The entire research will be based on the information gained from other resources.
Workplace regulations
ERP comply with the workplace regulations and allows the users to have their suitable regulations while availing the services.
The third parties are the only sources from where the ERP system can be bought or implemented and hence, organizational policies must comply with the policies being proposed by the third parties. Data protection and adopting policies for security and privacy of the data and information being collected by the organization can be recommended as the best approach.
