If leader have significantly controlling and managing the organizational internal and external forces then get success of every organization with higher productivity.

Leader is a person who has various skills to manage organization, motivate the employee, inspiring to people, visualize organizational future goal and adopt the change. Change can improve the performance of an organization which at the later and end may lead organizations towards a long term success and sustainability.
