The Geisigner health system owner has decided to organize a program of continuous improvement in their health organization to facilitate the patients by giving them best medical care. They have decided to improve the system by implementing the technology of IT. The efficiency of the enterprise can be improved by implementing the process of redesigning and reengineering which helps in giving best quality service. The efficiency of the organization can be measured in terms of level of satisfaction of the customers. There are various problems which are faced by the employees and other stakeholder of Geisigner health organization such as breakdown of flow of communication, coordination problem in patient care, system accountability, taking peer review of the team work, problem of innovation, and others. The less investment is usually done in the area of medical science. The traditional software system does not provide the facility of information sharing. With the emerging trends of IT company has transform their working culture in the year 2009. The new revolution is developed with the innovation in IT within the working curriculum of the organization.

There are varieties of tools available which are capable of performing functions like collecting relevant data and information, sharing of knowledge, storing and managing data for retrieval, and sharing of information related to health. There are numerous system and areas which utilizes and requires the implementation of IT to work effectively. They can be named as diagnosis system, health monitoring system, medical treatment for patient care, pharmaceutical research and development program, optimizing the performance of the clinical system, and many others. “The IT fundamentals are used for improving the communication system of the health organization” (Kevin, 2015).
“Integrity, reliability, and availability of data are the key attributes which are required for the implementation program of IT in the working curriculum of the enterprise” (Quarchli, 2014). The facilities and services provided to the customers can be improved by using the technology of IT in the area of simulators used for human patient, computer assisted learning program, virtual reality environment, advanced technology used in life support system, managing the electronic health record system, computerised order entry for the physician, and many more. “The capability of the IT system depends on retrieval of information, reliability, accessibility, accuracy and timely availability of data and information” (Ofili, 2014). The on-demand data is available for analysing the physical condition of the data from the record stored in the database of the health system.
The real time flow of communication can be maintained between the patient and the expert of health informatics and professionals to online and instant treatment of the disease without having any physical assistance.
