It can be identified that as per the assumption the project is behind the schedule and hence, further strategy of the project should be to develop a sophisticated plan that can be effective and efficient in developing the strategies those could possibly meet the expected scope and outcomes of the project. The schedule will alternatively be reflecting on the actual cost of the project and variations will be identified in the further attempts in this project itself. The strategy for further management will be targeting on the development of the strategies those could meet the baseline of the project through increasing the work pace being delivered in the project. The project needs to be monitored and hence, quality assurance strategy could be deployed considering the management and manipulation of the project based on the expectations. It will be helpful in manipulating the entire project without hampering the overall quality of the project deliverables. It could be helpful and effective in finally meeting the planned and actual values.

Considering 10% addition or subtraction in the budget, the above table represents that the project is under budget and the actual and planned cost could be managed at the same place. Further assumptions could be made that for the instance if the project testing activity of the project takes longer time then the schedule of the project would be increasing proportionally and the cost factor could be related same. Various factors could be the reason of such changes that include the risks to the testing, expected product not found, human resource lagging due to medical conditions, and many more. The leadership and management styles could be another factor those could lag in delivering their sector of work related to the employee’s management and keeping them focused towards delivery of the expected benefits. These factors are highly considerable considering the management and delivery of the project.
Management and leadership attributes can be listed as the most crucial factor behind meeting the project constraints.it could possibly lead to inefficient management of the team in the management and delivery of the project and hence, the manager or leader must develop the strategies those best suits the environment. It can be highly recommended to have an experienced or well educated manager for managing the daily activities of the project. Improper management is the most crucial aspect for the entire project delivery and meeting the project constraints as per the planning.
Launch failure is one of the major aspects for such projects from the perspective of the business and gathering customers’ attention. The new product always need proper advertisement procedure in manner to deliver the necessary project activities and hence, the strategies must be focusing on the successful launch of the new product in the Malaysian market through adopting the best business strategy those could attract the targeted customers.
Regarding technical aspects the possible cause of the activity delay could be the unavailability of the raw materials from which the soft drink is about to be prepared. The output of the product must be estimated close to the actual output being made. The stock management must be efficient as per the estimated demands and needs of the final users.
Technical failures in the industry are other factors those could negatively impact the overall project schedule. The execution phase of this project is the production of the soft drink that must be managed throughout the project lifecycle through assuring that all the technical accomplishments could be managed and delivered within the estimated time.
Uncertainties should always be considered prior the delivery of the project and it must be managed accordingly in manner to make sure that the project being delivered is free from the risks. The risks are always the tails of the project and hence, the se should be considered throughout the project in manner to adopt the best strategies those could be helpful and effective in eliminating them prior to the delivery of the project and thus, assuring that the impacts of the risks are negligible in the overall delivery and management of the project.
It can be recommended to strongly following the project plan developed for the delivery of this project. The proposed project plan includes the strategic definition of the various project management approaches and practice those could contribute in the growth and development of the project. The focus should be given in the management and leadership attributes and practices in manner to make sure that the developed project plan is being focused as it is by all the stakeholders who are involved in the project lifecycle. The above mentioned problems should be estimated prior the execution phase in manner to develop the strategies those could possibly be helpful and effective in developing the strategies those best suits ongoing project growth and development.
I get to know that the project management strategy is very crucial for the delivery and management of any project in a sequence. The adoption of the project management practices could allow the project to be highly sophisticated and manageable throughout the project and deliver the activities of the project in sequential manner. The theoretical management of the team includes various principles, procedures and ethical considerations however, it can be complex in practical aspect. Other than the team management, there are various problems as mentioned above could possibly eliminate certain percentage of the overall efficiency of project. I have gained an experience of how the project could be delivered and managed in successful way through the adoption of the proper and effective project management strategies. The project management allows in developing the strategies for the project those could allow the delivery of the entire project considering the sequential delivery and management of the project deliverables.
