The following assignment is made as a final project report on the project of “Formation of Target Stores in UK” for forming the implication of the efficient and improved functional formation. The use of the consolidated project management processes would be assisting for supplying the affirmative inclusion of the functions and defining the implementation of the factors defining the formation of the efficient function formation. The completion of the activities would be implied for management of the processes and defining the usefulness of the successful integration formation (Turner, 2014). The usefulness of the factors would be assisting for supporting the formation of the improved project integration management. The completion of the project would result in formation of target stores in UK and successfully implication of the formation strategy. The completion of the activities would be dependent on the formation of the improved functional and efficient formation model. The usefulness would be based on the simplification of the factors defining the usefulness of the improved functional and formation functions.

According to Kerzner and Kerzner (2017), the project management forms a major influence for the implication of the efficient formation process. The complete project was divided into 4 phases of Initialization, Planning, Execution, and Closure. The activities involved in these phases have been listed below,

Project Objectives

Initialization: It is the first phase of the Development of Target Stores in UK project and it comprise of initiation activities of the project. The analysis of the requirements, initiation documentation, charter development, and submission of documents are the activities involved in the project. The sign off is the milestone of the project phase.

Planning: It is the second phase of the Development of Target Stores in UK project and it comprise of scheduling the activities of the project in a compact project plan. The outline of plan is made, activity listing is done, scheduling the activities, and complete plan is developed are the activities involved in the project. The plan review is the milestone of the project phase.

The strategy development, infrastructure development, technology development, installation of new equipments, facility development, inspection of the new location, and safety and procurement are the activities involved in the project. The completed is the milestone of the project phase.

Closure: It is the last phase of the Development of Target Stores in UK project and it comprise of final closure by forming the report on the executed activities of the project plan. The final report is made and report submission is the activities involved in the project. The sign off is the milestone of the project phase.
