While the company has successfully market its stance in offline business; it is now heading forward to mark its move with online services. With the advancement in the tech world; a number of pharmaceutical companies around the world have successfully commenced their business in the e-commerce market serving customers across the world. Winning over the Australian market; API now aims at extending its reach to supply customers world-wide with health and beauty supplements (Zdziebko, 2012).
Though it might sound easy; but launching a new service is not way too easy for any company. For marking your role as a multi-national company and commencing successfully with the services; a company first needs to address its stakeholders about its business venture making them clear about the target area and the prospects involved (World of work report 2010, 2010). However; not all stakeholders can be convinced with the same work report addressing the cause, strategy and success defined. What benefit shall I derive from this business move is what these entire stakeholder group wonders. API must make sure that such a media strategy is taken that clearly helps the groups in understanding their benefits so as to contribute to the benefit of each other which is why a proper medium of strategy communication is necessary.
With the growing years; advancement has been noticed in the technological world with Internet taking over the market. From developing contact with friends and family members through social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+; Internet has now become the preferential area of the general public for shopping (Fonner and Roloff, 2008). Reports on the importance of Internet have shown that General Public can be best and most easily reached and convinced by a company for expansion of its service only when the same enjoys prominence over the internet. Also dwelling in this 21st century; life has become too busy for most unable to make time moving out for shopping; be it for household goods or for catering personal needs.
This has given birth to a number of companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Vogue, Snapdeal and other such conducting business online serving the customers with goods which can be reached just at a click of the mouse (Thompson, 2012). With such a busy schedule ahead; they hardly get to find time for making the transaction and hate standing in the queue for making the billing.
