Problems are daily routine experience in every part of life. Individuals, groups and organizations all experiences problems in their daily activities therefore, problems becoming part and parcel of the daily routine. Organization structure is composed with many entities like, employees, management, physical asset, daily operations and terms and condition within the organization. Interaction of all these resources in the organization increases the possibility of causing problems in the organization therefore, affecting the decision of the organization (Dou, Kai, et al. 10). When the organization is experiencing problems, it cannot perform well in its operations since there is no flow of instructions and guidance to implement the solution perfectly.
For example, these problem might be within the employees and the management. When there is misunderstanding between the management and employees, the organization always experiences low and poor performance in their activities. This is a negative impact to the organization, therefore, the management is supposed to organize itself on how to handle quarrels when raises in between (Gray 40). Quality leadership and decision is required to control the employee’s behavior in the organization. Also, the management and any other related part should be ready to solve the problems raising in the organization regardless the origin of the problem.
When a clear and sound solution is realized, the organization always performs excellent and have a good and strong relationship between the management and the employees (Silverman and Bernard 15). This results from effective means of developing and implementing business rules and policies in a simple and easy way enforcing to attain the achievement of the organizational objectives.

Target organization is the organization where the study and analyses of the problem will be carried out. Also, this will be the same organization where the solution of the problem will be implemented for a positive result.

The investigation of the organization behavior problems will sampled using Arc of Grays Harbor organization which is located in the Pacific Northwest. Arc of Grays Harbor is the organization which its main operations is to support peoples to have better quality life (Moser, et al. 408). The organization is offering these services to the disable individuals and their families within the country. Arc of Grays Harbor also have other activities which is used to perform and maintain within the environment. These includes events and great programs like:
Arc of Grays Harbor is amongst the leading organizations which are non-profit making in the Pacific Northwest. This organization have several employees which are used to perform all these activities to the community. The organization have partnered with several organization in executing its services effectively to the community.
Target Organizational problem
Arc of Grays Harbor have experienced several problems in offering its service to the community. The organization should be ready to be influenced by the problems from the environment. Arc of Grays Harbor have several challenges which have been reported form the community, individuals with disabilities and their families. Also housing, medical and nutrition care departments from outside have reported several problem towards the organization.
(Derakhshan and John Rodney Turner 75). Other problems is from inside the organization which affects the performance of the organization. The main and biggest problem the organization is facing is social isolation amongst the customers and the organization. Therefore, Arc of Grays Harbor due to this problem, the employees are becoming discouraged in performing their assigned duties. This reduces the expansion performance of the Arc of Grays Harbor in general.

This is the information which is related to the problem facing the organization. These information are collected from the Arc of Grays Harbor since is the organization facing this problem of low morale of employees in their duties. This problem results to low performance of the organization. This process of gathering information will help the management to get the main source of the problem and how to handle it to get the solution (Farcasiu, et al. 93).
The information is going to be collected using different means which are effective to the organization activities. The following are ways which can be used to gather correct and suitable information about the problem, these means includes, questionnaire, face to face interview, available information from the publication materials, past organization’s records, through observing the employees behavior and analyzing sample of the data. Each of the means has advantage and disadvantages as is to be used in the organization (Xu, Guangwei, et al. 120). The team collecting information should be keen to avoid collecting biased information.
Questionnaire should be designed in way that is simple, clear and should avoid use of hard vocabulary to understand. Questionnaire must be precise and straight to the point avoiding any harming information and interfering the personal details of the indviduals (Forrester and Cath Sullivan 47). This document should be general and open in collecting data from the groups and individuals. The team doing survey is advised to prepare many questionnaires as possible according to the organization employees. The more collected information, will increase the chance of getting the correct solution of the problem. Using of questionnaire format, the individual filling the form will free and comfortable in providing the information since nobody supervising them.
Face to face interview also is effective method of collecting data. This requires the person interviewing the other to be keen from disappointing the other party in the process of the interview (Stoyanov and Stoyan 100). Using of interview can hinder the transparency of some information since an individual is responsible of what is saying. Many people in the organization they do not like direct interview because not all people are frequent in speaking. Other may have hindering character like being shy or stammer when interacting and speaking inform of peoples.
The expert also, can get the information from the past records in the books of the organization (Schoppek, Wolfgang, et al. 1224). The way records are kept is very important since they can be used for the future reference when making decision and solving problems. Also, those information can be used in benchmarking for the similar problem when it raises. The management must ensure all data is preserved well and not allowed any outsider to interfere with it.
The collected information was based on the research questions. These questions was prepared by team aiming to correct viable and free biased information. Also, the questions will help the team to be aware of what they are doing. Research question will provide the clear guidance and instruction throughout the process of data collection. All collected information from individuals should be preserved well to avoid any interference, this will make sure data is analyzed when it is raw as the way was collected. Analyzing the collected information and suggesting the solution
All collected information must be investigated and evaluated well to find out the correct solution among the employees. Many factors and issues have been identified concerning the employees behavior towards the existing problem. All this collected information is based on the individual, organization or group level (Berger and Jonathan Goodman 15). The group of experts analyzing this collected data must follow procures of handling the problem among the employees in the organization. Following these guidelines will the team to identify the correct and viable solution towards the problem. The following are the steps:

After gathering relevant information from the organization, this made the process of analyzing the problem very simple and get the solution of the problem.
The organization was forced to change the management team and bring in new and strong one which will be able to handle the organization behavior. To get better solution of the problem, it is good to follow the decision making procedure, starting by defining the problem until the solution is implemented and correct measure put on place.
