Leadership is one of the major aspects of the modern times that is determining the forces that make up the work of the modern times. There are different forms to the leadership theory but there are certain things and signs in a leader that is common for most of the leaders around the world. In my own opinion, there are certain aspects of leadership that make up the whole portion of leadership theory. There are certain discriminations that make up the overall leadership aspects of the world especially in Australia where the majority of the leaders hail from an Anglo-Celtic background. The people who do not hail from that particular background have the least of opportunities to get any promotion in the work even if they possess the determinants of the leadership qualities. There are certain qualities that I personally feel should be present in a leader namely trustworthiness and encouragement to the other participants of the task. There are also certain cultural differences that are present in the leaders of different cultures and should be treated in accordance to the place of culture that they belong. The leaders of Australia believe in leadership qualities according to the skin complexion making the leadership of the west quite different from that of the East. The Chinese people have a different concept to the leadership approach that make it quite different from the West in terms of five points. Another Chinese approach is the implementation of the Chinese business principles guanxi-mianzi-renqing that is determinant of how the people work there. The determinants help the people of the East to face leadership issues in terms of the face value of the people as one of the principle aspects of the same is the face value of the people of the time. The three concepts also make the concept of leadership one of the pivotal as that leadership is differently conceptualised in different parts of the world making the concept of leadership gain prominence differently.
A project to help the earthquake victim in Nepal who have lost their homes and loved ones was one of the major exemplified experiences of my life that gave me a lot of insight into the management of project as well as humanity. Nepal experienced a tremendous earthquake on April 2015 with a magnitude of around 8. The earthquake also known as the Gorkha Earthquake was one of the most disastrous earthquake of the recent times as it killed around 9000 people and rendered another thousand homeless. There were a number of projects instigated to help the homeless of the country and make sure that they get the desired requirements at least for their survival. When our association got the chance to serve the homeless people of Nepal and got the aid of 50000 AUD and a time span of 1 year, we were really inspired to help the people and make sure that their problems cease during the period of time. As a person hailing from the country of Nepal, I had full sympathy for the people and wanted to do something for my people that can bring them to their normal conditions.
The project developed by us was to give the homeless people of Nepal shelter to stay in the midst of natural disaster and also to provide the people especially the children with the necessary food and clothing items. Moreover, the project was targeted to supply necessary sanitary hygiene to the women who are under the catastrophic situation.
The idea was to supply the basic needs to the people who require it and to make sure that the whole project is done effortlessly without any hassle at the minimum cost possible. For conducting this process, a large amount of human resources will be required that would help the people serve the people who require help from us.
In order to deliver and drive the project mentioned, the funding body has asked me to identify and mention three key skills that will help in the ultimate completion of the project. The key skills required by the project at the time of the need will be leadership, the ability to stay level headed in times of stress and also to manage situations when they are at their worst stage.
I have personally the skills of leadership and staying cool in times of need but the thing that I need to implement now is the way to manage situations in times of crisis. The whole situation of Nepal demands people to come together to help the people in their times of crisis. The homeless and helpless people of the country make sure that they get the minimum amenities from the government and the non-profit organizations to sustain in times of need.

His contributions to the nation also included his non-corporative movement against the British and his ability to make sure that the compatriots of India believe in themselves and make sure that they erase their inclination of British clothes, goods, and turn towards the goods and clothes made by the nation. Mahatma Gandhi is one of the major leaders of India and Nepal and made sure that the people of the nation follow him even the leader Martin Luther King.
