The sampling of the 34 participants was formulated for a week and the responses to the questionnaire were recorded for the convenient outcome of the study. The applicability of the questionnaire helped the researcher in interviewing the different opinions of the leaders for the creation of the hypothesis and thereby undertake an unbiased research work.
The identification of the different opinions of the leaders after the completion of the coaching helped the researcher in gathering data, which reflects on the impact of the coaching on the leadership approaches of the leaders. Kellis and Ran (2013) stated that survey helps in acquiring the data and thereby comparing the responses which helps in obtaining the unbiased outcome of the research. Therefore, the design of the questionnaire and the method of data collection helped the researcher in understanding the meditative role of the coaching and the manner in which it helped the leaders in bringing forth changes in the approaches of the leadership. On the other hand, the responses from the leaders and the subordinates have helped the researcher in considering the different hypothesizes on which the literature review or the further research is based. The identification of the needs of the leaders to undertake a change in the behavior is being addressed through the responses that the researcher collected through the questionnaire. The differences in the mental setup of the leaders and the manner in which the coaching has helped in maintaining the proper functioning of the responsibilities of the leaders has helped in maintaining the paradigm of the study.
The identification of the research ethics that might have affected the unbiased nature of the research is dependent on the truthfulness of the feedback that the researcher collected from the questionnaire. The research is dependent on the benefits that the leaders and the subordinates derive from the coaching that is designed for the better functioning of the management. The integration of the management of the organization and the workforce helps in maintaining the smooth functioning of the business. Therefore, the coaching aimed at bringing forth the varied changes in the approaches of the leaders and thereby build an inter- trust relation between the workforce and the management. The identification of the truthfulness of the leaders to the questionnaire and the varied responses helps the researcher in undertaking an authentic study. The ethical dilemma that might be faced by the researcher while undertaking the research is based on the authenticity of the responses that are collected by the same while undertaking the questionnaire. AKPINAR (2016) stated that the most important ethical consideration that binds a study is due to the authenticity of the resources or the data that is utilized in the study. The proper utilization of the data helps the researcher in obtaining the unbiased outcome of the research. In this context, the authentication of the responses that are collected by the researcher through the questionnaire will be helping the same to identify the different pros and cons of the coaching that is designed for the leaders of the organization.
On the other hand, the identification of the authenticity of the current literature that is considered for the study is again another factor that helps in judging the unbiased nature of the study. The identification of the issues that are faced by the leaders and the workforce while undertaking a coordinated action as per the objectives of the organizations are facilitated through the study of the current literature (Insan et al. 2013). Therefore, the analysis of the current literature helped the researcher in undertaking different assumptions relating to the needs of coaching the leaders for enhancing the inter- trust factor between the leaders and the workforce of the organizations. The different approaches that are undertaken by the leaders help in maintaining the different assumptions while undertaking the study. The assumptions that are planned by the researcher and the manner in which the evaluation of the literature helps in maintaining the different levels of functions has helped in maintaining the subjectivity of the research and aligning the interests of the outcomes of the same.
The proper assessment of the leadership theories in the research has helped in understanding the different aspects of the non- linear outcomes that the research might bear. The identification of the leadership theories relating to the inter- trust factors among the management and the workforce helped the researcher in undertaking steps to bring in changes in the system and the performance of the business. On the other hand, the need for coaching the leaders and the workforce is identified through the understanding of the appropriateness of the theories helped the researcher in undertaking the unbiased study on the different variables. The collection of data and the questionnaire that was set by the researcher was based on the identification of the uniqueness of the leadership approaches that the leaders might apply to undertake the proper management of the workforce. The key elements of the research is based on the identification of the different theories and the manner in which it can be incorporated among the different leaders to bring in the desired changes in the systems. The different functions that are undertaken by the researcher are based on the identification of the specific leadership qualities and the manner in which the coaching will be helping the leaders to incorporate the same while understanding the needs of the workforce.
The theories play a major role in understanding the different ventures that are undertaken by the researcher in order to conduct the specific study on the benefits of the leadership coaching. Reid III (2017) stated that the proper identification of the theories and the models helps in designing a proper research design that fits into the purpose of the study. Therefore, the researcher in this case has taken steps to undertake the different possible sources of information, which is recollected from the varied literature, which has helped in defending the different situations and the events that are made during the study. The identification of the different theories has helped the researcher in enumerating the different steps, which will be fetching the unbiased outcome from the study.
