Conclusion

From the overall discussion it can be concluded that proper decision making is the most important thing that is very much important to ensure the project has completed successfully. In order to complete the Rock and Bands project the project manager must use proper tools and technologies and also should divide the project activities evenly to complete the project within allotted time phase and within the estimated budget as well. According to the provided condition there are 12 activities and none of the activities, could start before the completion of other activities. The tools and technologies used in this project are demonstrated and the project must ensure that the project is being completed within the estimated budget and time as well.
