Discuss about the Implementation Of Security Systems For Smart Home.
The study is about the literature review on the topic “Wireless Home Security System”. The study will consist of two paper that will introduce the various aspects of wireless security system. The two articles that will be discussed in the study are home automation and android application in home system. Both the articles will typically discuss about the use of android and technology in the domestic purpose. The use of technology will be discussed in both the paper however, the first paper will discuss about the design of home automation and security system with the usage of android ADK. It will state how communication is established in mobile devices and tablets. The second paper discusses about a low cost smart system that is based in android app communication system. It is tested to perform and is able to perform the smart home application.
In broad scan my selected topic was easily available in many platforms but i specifically used IEEE and Google scholar.

The importance of application in maintenance of household problem is a common thing in everyday life. The importance of security system is also related to this however the introduction of technology in the security system was a very new and uncommon approach in general life. The importance of technology has been already faced by every community and nation, but the security system that includes the technology is not a very old concept. It has been introduced in the past few years and has an extremely appealing approach to the market.
The technical field is not yet that improved to use all the updated technology in the security system. They can build cross platforms that can be used in various tools. They can extend the automation of the home appliances and remove the limitation to control the service devices (Von Solms and Van Niekerk 2013). The security cameras can be controlled and where the user can keep a watch on the environment along with the required premises. The study also states that it would be a flexible help to the system if there are wireless and wired system helping the user to maintain the security of their domestic area.
The system is used in most of the domestic zones where they have a good hold on technology field. The developed countries are mostly dependent on such security system for securing their house and also using the technology to make their life way better than the previous types. Thus the system has introduced a new reason for human relaxation and has made lifestyle easier.
The proposed system typically defines the use of wireless technology in domestic areas or houses. The study has a limitation where it has stated that the varied software’s could have been implemented in the entire system but due to lack of further study and inventions they are unable to do so. The paper has clearly stated that they aim to assist the old aged and the handicapped people in the society by providing them an easier life. They also intend to reduce the cost of this technology so that everyone can afford it and make their life easier.
The system architecture will be such the android device will be the core center for the system. it will have a link with the aspects such as sensor, digital audio, device on/off, light dimming control, that will be related to the android device that the customer or user will be using. The android device will have a direct relation with the embedded device and thus it can sense the information sent to it by the user. The user is connected to the device with the wireless network and can control it from anywhere they want. The android system sends the message accordingly to the device. The system performs the tasks as per the user’s requirement.

The android system is developing the scope for connectivity and relationship in human life. The use of technology is increasing the security system and helping the user to create a better connectivity to communicate and access the technology in a judicious way.
Module2- Software Design
The use of software design helps to design the system in such a manner that will help the technology to create a better scope for the usage of the security system. The planning and design determines the functioning of the entire process and manages it in a judicious manner.

The need for smart management in houses are required in today’s world. The security system is using the latest technologies that are benefitting the humans not to protect themselves but also their belongings and accessories. The home security system is a recent trend that has emerged in the society and is on high demand for the past few years. The connection through mobile device, tablets and computers has made connectivity easier and thus the users are using this technology in everyday life. The concept of smart home is a promising area that benefits the society in various ways. This domain is very important and has a higher future scope.
The study states that smart home is a new concept for the environment and society and has a way for future than the present demand in the market. According to Chen & Paik (2015) the electronic devices are converging thus to make the life easier for every individual and it also typically helps the individuals to lead a better comforting and securing lifestyle. The system typically promises to assure a secured environment and a strict watch on the possible threats that might approach. It also has the scope for alarming the user about the risk that is about to approach in the restricted premises. The system users has to use a typical IP address to use the system. This helps the security system to be handled with a higher secured system.
The result is that the users are able to us eth e security system that is assuring them a well maintained security system that can be easily relied on. The system assures that the technology is making the life of the users easy and smooth. This paper was fully developed and tested to check its feasibility. There is a required for authentication for using the device and the user has to give correct data for using the system. This helps the people to make their life easier. The study says that the smart home system was also used for fire detection and it succeeded in that too. The technology can be controlled with the help of remote that makes it more easy to use. The study also stated that they have introduced a low cost smart home system that does not require any computer as the controlling can be done with the help of micro controller. The system can recognize voice and reduce the wiring changes for installation.
The study typically deals with the introduction of a device that is termed as smart home device. This device mainly focuses on the security system with devices that will be easily manageable and controllable by the user. There are many platforms where the application can be developed like windows mobile, Symbian’s and Android. Java programming has been used along with the android software development kit. The development tools includes debugger, libraries. It provides various functions to the user like: they user can use it with the help of remote control, they have the advantage of device controlling and monitoring, they can change the password, and they support voice activation for switching functions. The user can perform the task with the help of GUI. The password can be managed by the user and automatic mode can be activated where the app will be controlled automatically. According to Sahani the main controller the web-server act as the heart of the system.
In this section the paper puts forward the strategy of home automation it is based on the ADK (accessory development kit). The home appliances are connected to the ADK and thus the process of communication is established. The study is supported by (Naresh, Chakradhar and Krishnaveni (2013) about the fact that the device is of low cost and the design can monitor and control home appliances with the help of android phone and systems. This system includes control on hearing, air conditioning or ventilating the house. According to Hamadi, Benatallah & Medjahed (2008) this system can be a reason for increased quality life for the aged and the disabled. It also forms a support to the remote interface to the household appliances and the automation system. N. Sriskanthan introduced the model using Bluetooth with the usage of computers. The study also states that android accessory is a physical accessory that is attached to the device and used in an easier manner.

It typically helps in connecting and allows the data transfer. It typically describes the use of android and states that they are targeting android platform as they has a huge market and huge network in the market. The android applications that are being developed includes functions like light controlling, smoke detection, fire detection, door controlling, temperature sensing and various others sensors. The study was supported by Sahani et al. (2015) stating that the devices also have a special quality of alarming the owner or user of the system if any external or uncommon incident is happening. The study has typically discussed about the advantages that are faced by the user in using this application for security measures in domestic areas thus making the lifestyle of the residential a bit more easier.
Conclusion
The study has focused on two papers that describes the importance and use of wireless security system in housing system. The security system is enhanced with advanced technology that are introduced in the system. The study has two paper among which the first paper deals with the use of advance software in the technology to improve the present software system and how it can help the security system. The second paper includes the use of software that has succeeded and is used in the present system. It shows how the security system protects the house and the user. Thus, to conclude it can be said that the study is an initial try to help the aged and the physically disabled people to maintain their house security system and work accordingly. The security system has been an important part of human life but the introduction of technology has improved its standard and quality in nature and the study also shows that how the systems are trying to improve further on the topic.
