The study develops the logistic and supply chain process of TASK Myago Logistic, which is a black woman owned entity situating in Witbank, Mpumalanga province, South Africa. The company offers the logistic services for coal transportation, construction trucks, machinery and plant hire, fleet management, and warehousing (Monczka et al. 2015). The company aims to focus on developing a sound logistic and supply chain process and building the effective relationships and negotiations with the business stakeholders. The company believes in resourceful marketing process driven by the experienced marketing director and executives (Stadtler 2015). Malehu Langa, the Managing Director of the company has the determination of driving maximum impact through formulating acquisition with the new business clients and collaborating with the multi-functional stakeholders. In fact, she is even looking forward to develop the sustained alliance with the leading management leaders in the industry. She is much interested in seeking advancements and innovativeness in developing the problem-solving aptitude analysis. It is considered as one of the most significant strategic movements that guides the company towards availing the profitable opportunities and increasing the sales ratio in a competitive business landscape (Hugos 2018). The maintenance of the effective logistic and supply chain process would turn out to be much profitable for the company in long run.
The project is focusing on developing the sound logistic and supply chain management process for TASK Myago Logistic. The project looks forward to develop the appropriate value chain process and analyze the effective strategy by identifying the existing assets. Furthermore, the project would also recognize the casual loops underlying the project. Furthermore, the study would identify the current process and accordingly analyze the waste management procedure. Two diverse scenarios would be discussed in this project. The first scenario would reflect the in-house delivery service whereas the second scenario would depict the outsourced delivery service. Obtaining ideas from these segments, the project would recognize the underlying strengths and weaknesses by presenting the SWOT Analysis. Use of the SCAMPER techniques would analyze this project in a detailed way. Finally, the project would identify the major areas of improvements and an action plan would be formulated to fulfill those gaps.
According to Hugos (2018), value chain is conceptualized as the set of activities that a firm requires to perform for developing value added services for a particular industry market. Value chain process helps the company in achieving the advantages. The current globalised era is highly influenced by the external competitions. The companies dealing with the various ranges of stakeholders need to be cautious about their demands. Organisations create the value for the service or goods to attract more suppliers and customers (Krajewski, Malhotra and Ritzman 2015). It helps in strengthening the competitive ground. The value chain process, both in downstream and upstream process, reflects the entire supply chain method.

Hence, if the company can concentrate widely on supplying these foods and beverages within the stipulated time, it would increase the demands much significantly.
