The company Sany Heavy Industry Co. Ltd. is a renowned Chinese multinational organization operating in heavy machinery manufacturing industry. The company was founded in 1994 under Sany Group. The company got pubic in the year 2003. The company Putzmeister was founded in the year 1958. The Karl Schlecht foundation sold 100% shares of Putzmeister in the year 2012 to the Sany Heavy Industries (Putzmeister.com 2017).

The heavy manufacturing industry merely use to have threat of new entrants in the market. The business startup requires huge amount of investment and lies with high risk too. Thus, the force of threat of new entrants is low for Putzmeister GmbH, Germany (Jessberger and Liefner 2014).
There are very few substitutes and it is hardly found in the market. Henceforth, the chance of getting threats from the substitutes in the market is very less.
In Germany there are also many suppliers of the machinery parts, equipments to the manufacturing machine builder companies like Putzmeister GmbH. Henceforth, the bargain power of the suppliers is low and the for force is not so influencing for Putzmeister GmbH (Jessberger and Liefner 2014).
