It is identified that the story of the patient that is collected is mainly stored within the database of the headspace with proper authentication so that it cannot be misused. The information or story of the patients can only be accessed with the help of some of the authorized users.
Sharing the story of the patient: It is identified that the organization “Headspace” circulate thee story of the patient among the general practitioner as well as psychologist so that they can easily diagnosis the condition of the patient.
Case worker: The case worker generally engage in collecting proper information from the patients about their mental condition by conducting meeting with the patients where the patients tell their stories. The case worker record the stories of the patients and send them to the practitioner so that they can analyze the challenges that are faced by the patients.
Practitioner: The general practitioner generally involves in analyzing the stories of the patients for identifying the problems as well as challenges that the organization are facing du to their improper mental hath condition.
Legislation: The new system should be development properly by following proper rules and regulation. It is quite important to analyze the rules as well as regulations properly before the system development so that the entire system must be developed as per the Australian as well as NSW national rules appropriately.
