Preliminary choice for making the individual report is considered as “Nestle” Multinational Corporation. The individual report required to discuss the financial and industry reports along with their organizational environmental analysis. The primary choice is taken for making the report completed with more information about the organization with detailed study about the reports.
The study will relate the portfolio with more in-depth discussion about the company culture and operation purpose and profile. The choice is justified as the researcher will need to provide the questionnaire online to collect relevant data from the employees about the company operation. The questionnaire will depict the current strength in working agenda. As Nestle started their journey from 1866 as “Swiss Milk”, and changed to Nestle in 1905, they completed 150 years. As per 2014 employee strength survey, “Nestle” has more than 339,000 employees in their firm working under the process. The visualization of the work process network should be following some key points in work. First point should be to cover the company background to gain information, then to identify the industrial reports from the firm, circulate the research agenda towards the company structure, and conduct the questionnaire survey through the structure. Talking about the culture, the traits are dependent on people and target market structure, Nestle focuses on the collectivism and orientation performance as well. The company generally believes in safe food quality so that the customers may satisfy their optimal nutritional needs in meeting the psychological needs altogether.
The mission of Nestle is to provide quality food for creating better lifestyle for common people, they have achieved on target as in meeting the value of product amongst the target people. The company states the mission statement with showing a direct relationship in between better lifestyle and good quality food. The company website relies on Nutrition, Health, and Wellness serving during long 150 years. The CEO, Paul Bulckc once confirmed in statement that the Strategic Purpose of the company is concerned with organizational achievement. In every organization, there are complex roles affecting the culture, however Nestle requires their stakeholders to be served with long-term sustainable values in products.
Nestle developed the technological environment for company operation with different technological aspects. The technological aspects are relevant for considering the company operations with technology installation within personal interpretation as well. The technological aspects are included as following:
Extrusion: Nestle have strong expertise in this technical environment for hot extrusion in infant and breakfast cereals, co-extrusion in case of filled snacks, and cold extrusion in case of ice-cream and desserts.
Foam booster technology adoption: The technology produces Creamy layer on Nescafé Cappuchino with lesser fat. The technology makes the beverage much denser and long lasting than regular foam. In 2002, Nestle launched Foam booster technology for Nescafé Cappuchino making and they succeeded in making suitable target market capturing.
Healthier fat processing: The healthier fat processing allows the products for using natural vegetables and natural oils without using partially hydrogenated fats in products such as Maggi bouillon cubes and other seasonings.
Fermentation: The Nestle Research Center looked through the molecular interaction in pro-biotics of the products with intestinal cells. Nestle have sequenced the several genomes configuration in products for understanding better characteristics and proficient actions planning.
Portion dispensing systems: The protein dispensing systems are important for identifying the essential beverage making system protein and essential ingredients.
