The term “vegetarians” is used to refer to people who do not eat meat, and in some cases do not eat any animal product at all.
Instead, vegetarians people eat any things that come from plants such as fruits grains, nuts, and vegetables.
There are many reasons why people choose to be vegetarians, that included a healthy diet, concern about the animal, religion requirements, or personal preference.
This type of diet provides the body with well-balanced nutrition if the right vegetarian food been selected to replace meats.
This means that children can also be vegetarians under the supervision of parents. That way those who follow this kind of diet, especially for religious or health reasons, encourage their children to follow these rules strictly. That strict rule requires special attention outside the home especially in preschool and daycare where meals been provided for children. To avoid mixing up with the other type of vegetarian diet who are less firm about consuming some animal products like eggs, milk, or even fish.
While the word Halal refers to the food that Muslims people are permitted to eat by their Islamic dietary laws. There are so many requirements for Halal food to be crafted as Halal. The word itself means permissible or allowed, but on the other hand, the word literally has a bigger meaning.
According to Islamic law Halal food means, firstly, meat that is slaughtered in the Islamic way except for pork which is absolutely forbidden. Secondly, any processed or pre-made food that not contain any animal products that have not been slaughtered according to Islamic law, or have pork or alcohol derivatives added to it.
Therefore, when any halal food is prepared, the authorized person should be careful about many things. For example, cutting the Halal meat on a board that pork meat has been cut on it is not acceptable. Or adding Non- Halal products such as animal fat, gelatine, or alcohol to the halal food. Even dishes, spoons and cooking utensils should be well washed if non-Halal foods have been cooked or served on it. However, sometimes the preparation of halal food can be tricky so for this reason, any place serves halal food must have a certificate from the halal food authority in order to make sure that the place follows the correct rules in the preparation and understand the requirements.

Carbohydrates are one of the important nutrients for the human body. Once the digestive system enters into analysis and extracts nutrients to serve the body, carbohydrate is useful for short term energy generation. 3) Minerals
Minerals are also very important for developing the human body. There are two types of minerals: major minerals like sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, and chloride. The body needs these minerals in a large quantity. But the body needs the trace minerals in a small quantity: fluoride, zinc, iron, chromium, selenium, iodine, molybdenum, and manganese.
4) Water
Water plays an important role in maintaining human health. The benefits of the water are: regulating body temperature, protect tissues, joints, and spinal cord. It is being advised that every person must drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
