name is Georgi Gyurov. I am from Bulgaria, Sofia -this is the capital of Bulgaria a beautiful international city. At the moment I am living in UK ,Manchester. I came here five years ago for a holiday and I stayed till now. First I was living in London but the city is to busy and crowded for me that is why three years ago I decided to move to Manchester. I love it here.Currently I live in Eccles .This is a nice place to live actually.

There are not many known fancy food joints here but the food available is very delisious. You can get chinese, indian, polish traditional food,arabic,from shawarmas to fish and chips. There is a beautiful park near my home, ASDA, a post office and a police station are just around the corner. The only bad thing is that the tram station is too far from my house.

In my previous studies I graduate High school “Brothers Miladinovi” in city of Sofia in my country.

Before coming to United Kingdom I was working as a logistic coordinator in company called PROTECH Ltd. I was processing orders ,was responsible for making sure supplies ,stock ,materials, packages are processed trough the delivery safely. I was arranging transportation , scheduling staff members to meet customers demand with little to no delays. I worked for this company eight years. To take the decision to leave this company was not easy because after so many years my co-workers and managers becone like a family to me and I felt really satisfied there because I worked directly with my customers and their demands (problems, requests), that was an important part of my job for me.

But there was not room for growth with my current employer anymore. I got all the experience possible so I realised that I am ready to move on to a new challenge. What better thanthis to leave everything and to come to a new country and start from the beginning. Because I always try to do things differently everyday. I have found that not falling into a routine helps me stay more productive and keep my mind more engaged in the task. I use technology as best I can to speed up the tasks. This helps me to be more productive worker.

At the moment I work in K&M Logistics Ltd a logistic company based in Manchester as a logistic coordinator as well. I work for this company for four years already. I started as a van driver but after one year I was promoted to work in the office and got the training for logistic coordinator. Now I arrange the transportation, I am making sure that the warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels, receiving products and coordinate deliveries, arranging same-day deliveries whenever is possible.

I have strong sense of team working that is why I cancommunicate with almost everyone from the staff members. I have safety and health skills. I have the ability to work under stress and in difficult situations. I am training all the new members of our staff. I am always working on improving my communication skills to be a more effective presenter. I used to find it difficult to work on multi projects .I was preferring to finish on one task before starting another. But I have learn how to manage my schedule more effectively , making it easier to multitask.

Learning new things has always been a great motivator for me. In every job I have had , I believe, I have always been able to learn something new or discover a new way to look at a problem. I am really driven by results. I like it when I have a concrete a goal to meet and enough time to figure out a strong strategy for accomplishing it. At my present job our yearly goals are very aggressive bit we work hard with my manager to figure out a month-by-month strategy for meeting the year-end numbers. It is a real trill to accomplish that. I have always want to ensure that my company’s clients are getting the best customer service I can offer. I feel that is important ,both to me personally and for the company and the clients, to provide a positive customer experience. If a face a problem I think what is the best way to solve it and before making any decision, I always think carefully about what is best for the business an for the employees. For example a few months ago I have to choose between two staff members for a promotion. I had to choosebetween an younger employee and senior staff member. It is never easy but in this case I had to think who will be the most effective and productive in the new driver position. So I promote the younger employee just because the person is more skilled inthe use of technology and more willing to work overtime. By studding I will get more experience , more knowledge in managing people. My strength is being organized both mentally and physically. Since I want a career as a business manager it is important to be able to juggle tasks and keep things in order. In school I have to balance homeworks , dead lines ,meetings and part tim
