In this section dealing with each assignment of the stakeholders is very critical in defining their connection with the organization, their part they can and should perform to meet the agenda of the organization. They are categorized depending on their privileges, contribution and wealth of influence they cast in the institution. The reason remains that they are most responsible for the core operations of the programmer and they are liable for any information they dispense with any other foreigner (Foddy, 2013). They have the mandates and the spirit of the principles that are needed to run the program. Also with the experience they have had in delivering the services to the youth in the span of time, they understand the strengths and the weaknesses that the program has (Wood, 2017).
