Therefore, Novartis though is one of the most famous pharmaceutical company, has some severe challenges to face and obviously to get rid of (Wesseling, 2007).

Being a small scale company the taken process of business communication and other relevant aspects are appreciable. Instead of being a small scale organization they are successful with their business strategies and security systems. Both the companies are extremely good and impressive in their fields with their business communication process.

The government always interferes in the working process of a large scale company when there is a huge drop in the rate of production. But in the case of Badger Mining company being a small scale organization, there is no interference of the government in their internal business ideas or policies. But this is not a positive thing (Chomsky, 2007). The interference of the government might be irritating for the high officials of the company but with the help of the government interference the company can get rid of fake or dishonest people. So this advantage works for the security of the company. The investment of capital and the process of investing also differ in accordance with large scale company or small scale company. Novartis generally have higher capital investment which approximately ranges above ten million dollar. But for Badger mining organization the range of the invested capital is not that much high. Also the large scale companies have to follow some basic business norms or act. But their investment evidence and documents contains much higher security system. The owner or the head of the company operate the database which is password protected and very much secured but for the small scale organizations like Badger Mining, the security system is not that much high. They do not have their own database. Another, and one of the prime aspects of both Novartis and Badger Mining is their location and their technologies. Badger mining or any small scale organizations have many limitations. They might not be able to introduce the latest and more reliable technologies due to the lack of their capital. On the other hand the large scale companies or Novartis itself have enough capital to afford innovative and modern technologies which will help the business of the organization. The use of latest technology can help the organization by providing much more security. That is why the large-scale industry, here Novartis is much more secure than the small scale industry, here Badger mining. Last but not the least there is another point which will surely describe the difference of security between the large scale organizations and the small scale organizations. The point is the risk taking the ability of the companies. If one is trying to grow a business, then he must take some risks. But while a large-scale organization or Novartis can take the risk then a small scale organization would not be able to take any risk just because their total capital is very much less than Novartis. They would not be able to risk such huge amount of capital, because if they fail, they might be bankrupt. These are some basic security difference between a large scale and a small scale organization (Chomsky, 2007).
