This project will allow young youths of Australia to avail the services related to the medical health care on the online platform without altering the expected benefits and outputs of the project. This report will demonstrate the stakeholder map, responsibilities of the stakeholder, use case, questionnaire, and description of the fully developed use case.

001 Use Case: Share Stories: the users will be allowed to register their data and information within the system in manner to allow the specialists to access their data and information related to their past and present medical condition and process their data for future suggestions. The primary actor is the user and the administrator.
002 Use Case: Capture Story: the specialist will have all the records stored in the database already and he or she will need to login the system to access all the information for the future medical suggestions.
