MOV or Measurable Organizational Value is used to list a set of parameters related to the goal of the project.
Desired Area of Impact – There are a number of desired areas in the project but based on the analysis, it can be said that the main desired area is the customer. The entire project has been designed to fulfill the needs of the stud farm managers although Globex also desires to make a significant impact in finance by preparing a sustainable stud farm management system business.
Value – The main values of the project are faster and better. The OSFMS is faster and also much more efficient than the manually managed stud farm systems.
Metric – Some of the appropriate metrics based on which the project will be evaluated are the cost benefit and business sustainability in terms of annual profit.
Timeframe – The estimated time frame is approximately 6 months.
Summary of MOV – In this project, within the 6 months time, an online stud farm management system will be delivered that will solve the problems faced by the stud farm managers.
The development of the online stud farm management system (OSFMS) is within the scope of the project. In order to control the scope, the MOV of the project is to be defined accurately and the stakeholders need to be aware of scope creep. Regular reporting to project manager is also recommended to prevent scope creep.

Article 1 – Haimes, Y. Y. (2015). Risk modeling, assessment, and management. John Wiley & Sons.
The authors have discussed all aspects and phases of a project including project evaluation and closing. According to them, project evaluation is basically a review in order to determine whether the requirements have been met or not.
Article 2 – Joslin, R., & Müller, R. (2015). Relationships between a project management methodology and project success in different project governance contexts. International Journal of Project Management, 33(6), 1377-1392.
The authors said that the project review process consists of a number of sub-phases – review of project report document, demonstration of the developed system and checking of a closure list. If any of these is not successful, the project manager can reopen the project for further development and execution.
Article 3 – Hornstein, H. A. (2015). The integration of project management and organizational change management is now a necessity. International Journal of Project Management, 33(2), 291-298.
According to the author, all the stakeholders should participate in project closing in order to determine whether all requirements have been made as well as reflect on their own duties and activities. The final power is on the project manager who will perform the final review and close off the project.
