There are triple constraints into the project such as cost, time along with scope. There are time constraints when the project work is not completed within scheduled time. There are scope constraints when the system will reduce manual issues and maintain of proper records.
A scope management plan is required for the project to follow the project work properly. There is scope of hiring of more resources for the implementation process so that the project manager can able to complete the plan on scheduled time and budget. A prototype is designed to get desired project outcomes to serve better services to target customers.

MOV of the proposed system is evaluated from the side of the project manager. It is the role of project manager to control as well as monitor entire project work to complete it on time. The project manager reviews the final project document for suggesting of any changes if it is required.
