The Tasman tanks company is one of the most popular companies of Australia (Daley 2016). The company generally deals with production of water storage tanks for their customers.
This report provides the organizational structure of the company and also provides information about the operational issues that are prevalent within the organization. The report also provides the Operational problems that are faced by the organization and also the most likely systems that are to be acquired by the companies for the resolution of this method.
The organizational structure of the organization would help in identifying the different personnel that are posted in different levels in the organization. In addition to this, the different types of activities that are involved with the organization would be identified very easily with the help of the organizational structure. The figure 1 provides the organizational structure for the company.

It has been identified that the Tasman Tanks is a famous company in Australia (Krol et al. 2016). In addition to this they have their own specific standard organizational structure for managing the work flow within their organization. Although the study of the organizational structure of the company has revealed that there are many issues that the Company is facing. These issues are hampering the development of the company. These issues are also degrading the competitive advantages of the company. In addition to this, various other operational and management issues have been identified within the company. The issues have been elaborated successfully in the report. Some the issues that the company are facing are:
Inefficiency in the designs of service process: The design of the services processes of the company are being affected by the current structure of the organization of the company. In addition to this from analysis it was realized that the organization was not capable of measuring the quality of the performance of the company from the organizational structures. As a result this reduced the level of satisfaction of the customers of the company. The lack of knowledge and the lack of interest of the employees also hampered the overall efficiency of the company.
Inefficient management of human resources: The Company also is suffering from the inefficiency of the management in the human resource department. The management of the resource department involves with managing the employees and staffs efficiently and make them realize objectives and goals of the organization so that they are motivated to work more for the company. But the inefficiency in this sector is affecting the efficiency of the company. In addition to this various issues regarding the loyalty of the laborers are also faced within the company.
Inappropriate supply chain management: The Company also do not possess any kind of supply chain management techniques within the company. Hence, for the enhancement of the reputation of the company it is very necessary that the company performs an efficient supply chain management. The lack of storage space of the company also is a great issue that is to be handled by the company. In addition to this it also affects the overall supply chain management of the company. As a result the inventory management facility of the company is also hampered.
Lack of efficient communication: The communications for a particular company are very important for the management of the various processes of the organization. The organizational structure that there exist a communication gap in between the different level of staffs of the company. The workers of the lower level lack the technical expertise that they require and the engineers of the company do not communicated with the lower level staffs and hence the efficiency in the production is decreased. In addition to there is need of proper communication in between the customers of the company and the company officials. Hence, the company lacks the expose to the world that they require.
The ERP solution is opted for the System Acquisition method for the Tasman Tanks company (Nour And Mouakett 2013). The system would provide the organization the tool for the solutions of the organizational structure issues. They would be defining the correct procedures that are to be followed by the managers and the staffs of the company at different levels. The ERP system would also be able to incorporate the different sectors of the company into a successful unit as a whole. This would reduce the internal conflicts of the organization and also increase the overall competitiveness of the company.
The ERP system can be used to simplify the process that are repetitive within the organization such as the data entry of the company and the information storage facilities within the company. It is also the best solution for managing the customer services and would be increasing the level of customer satisfaction very efficiently.

There can be various kind of problems that are faced by the company due to their sale structure. The few of the problems that can be faced in the system are:
False sales: False product in the name of the company can be sold to the customers and this would decrease the reputation of the company.
False purchase: In addition to the false products there can be false purchases such as the customers providing false requirements resulting in waste of effort of the company.

For conclusion it can be said the organizational set and the functionalities of the Tasman tanks have been efficiently described in the report and in addition to this, the difficulties that have arisen due to the organizational structure have also been described in the report. The flow chart for the sales procedure of the company have also been provided in the report.
The Accounting software are basically tools that are used for the computerized accounting of the companies (Khairi and Baridwan, 2015. The software can record and process the accounting transactions that take place in the company.
The report provides the format of the existing software and the related in formations to it. The report also provides the development procedures, the history of the accounting packages, their drawbacks and the solutions of the drawbacks.
The Accounting software concepts are being adopted in the Australian market at a very fast pace. The company Xero was recognized in the year 2014 by Dinham, which basically a New Zealand based company (Dilon et al. 2015) (Marand et al.2013).
