An organization strategy is defined as the sum of the activities; an organization requires or intends to take for achieving the long term goals. When these actions or the activities are summed up together, they form or create the strategic plan of an organization. The management existing in the organization helps in forming a larger strategy for the company whereas, the lower and middle management adopts the goals and decides to fulfill the entire strategy (Ford & McColl-Kennedy, 2015). Generally, the organizational strategy arises from the mission and vision of a company. The process of mission and vision explains the process as to how a company should work.
On the other hand, the department of human resources helps in training the employees associated with the organization. The strategic human resource management is treated as an approach to manage the human resources that helps in supporting the long-term business goals and results with the help of a strategic framework. In the given case study, it can be observed that the Gardendream International is an international organization. The headquarters of this company is situated in Enschede. The departments of finance and HR are thereafter located in Enschede. The mission of this organization was to work green. The purpose was to keep the gardens green by keeping it clean and maintained. The mission and vision of the Gardendream International was to develop and expand the process of investing. Gardendream International helps its customers by assessing the feasibility of investing in the process of co-creating by using the internet and the solutions (Purce, 2014). The organizational strategy of Gardendream International was to create international values with the customers directly. Their second strategy was to make the new account managers travel to the possible clients by car everyday for adopting a new kind of business. They should be permitted to get the contracts signed independently. Therefore, when the value of the contract is higher, they must be consulted with the sales manager or the director. Strategic financial planning is their goal in the process of controlling and decision-making. In the organization, it is the responsibility of the managers to ensure that the process of keeping the gardens green and maintained. Another strategy was to offer the service contracts for a period of ten years. Thus, the design of the gardens is formed from the beginning since it is based on the preference of the customer. The customers will only have the permission to visit the garden area from the garden operations. However, the strategy that was opted by the Gardendream International was to ensure that by investing the co-creation process, it would save many trips of the customers for visiting. The vision was to create and present the ideas digitally as it will be beneficial of all the demographic developments. Due to this, it will make the workplace older and difficult for the customers.
Along with the organizational strategies, that into mission vision and goals comes the policies and strategies of the human resource (Shanafelt & Noseworthy, 2017). It can be stated that the HR of this organization is treated as a staff function even though the Gardendream International agree that the human capital becomes more and more significant and strategic since the individuals make a difference in the line of business. Aspects case study the car in operations department is never end house but always in favor of the customer. The related issue of the situation is that the employees are not allowed to go home for a long period of time, which makes them separated, and away from their family. This makes it difficult for the employees especially the ones who own children. The company of Gardendream International has biggest clients that are visited by the director personally (Cascio, 2018). However, it is significant to mention here that for keeping the people without deleting them for a couple of years manual labor in the garden is must. This is beneficial for the young people as it is easier for them to exercise and carry out the activities easily. When it comes to the human resource planning it helps in identifying the current and future human resources needs an organization to achieve the goals and carry them out successfully. The purpose of human resource planning is to act as the link between the human resource management and the entire strategic plans of the organization. Therefore, it is noteworthy to mention here that for the organization strategies mission vision and Google play a major role in making the company a success.
