The qualification and competency gaps as per the personal work plan, where efforts need to make are as follows:
As a manager, one should gather his competency gaps from his clients and colleagues present in his office as a feedback and must try to develop those differences by some typical development courses so that the next time they give positive feedback.
As per concerned if a manager is weak in communication skills he should make such development path such that there will not be any communication gaps between him and their clients to increase his speaking power and confidence level (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). Also, a manager if informed of having imperfect knowledge in the technical field he should overcome that in the minimum period by sharpening his brain more with brain cracker questions and different examinations and practice (Walker, 2015).
He must also be having feedback of lacking presentation and quantitative skills, in that case, he must have to groom himself properly of presenting himself to public and senior HRs. Also, a manager can be criticized by his clients of not having proper tactfulness with people and relationships, in that case, he should make his inner self-determined and should make it ready to face the world tactfully (Leech, 2014).

As a result, it gives lots of pressure or stress and the important tasks (here it is A) get neglected. It can make the crisis. To get rid of this phenomenon most of the time should go into the A activities rather than A* activities.
2. I spent twenty-four hours on A priority activities.
This is twenty percent of my week (five days).
3. I spent thirteen hours on B priority activities.
This is 10.83 percentage of my week (five days).
4. I spent nine hours on C priority activities.
This is 7.5 percentage of my week (five days).

7. Yes, there are few common distractions/interruptions to my day like mental pressure, other urgent work, pop-up notification on mobile, etc.
I could put another firm plan by updating the check list in place to address those disruptive factors. For this another plan I have to motivate my team members highly. Because they have already put their emotional investment in the previous project.
8. No, I do not procrastinate between activities or enable myself to be distracted when I should be working on important things. But sometimes I start to get distracted. When I try to block out the distractions and give concentration to my job.
9. I am doing the following activities in high energy areas –
Yes, I am doing activities that are value-adding and important to me when I have high energy.
