Similarly, unorganized segment includes small cottage industry which is based in manufacturers. The retail footwear industry of the Indian market is growing with high pace and is predicted that it will grow at very high rate. The Indian footwear market is categorized into men, women and kids departments. It aims at influencing the product development and also focuses on introduction and establishments of new products by reducing the cost. The company should opt for ecofriendly environment in order to create a green and sustainable environment which will help to increase the number of potential customers as well (Akhter & Equbal, 2012).
