The ethical behaviour in the organization premises helps in increasing the productivity due to the following reason:

• It is the corporate social responsibility to manage sensitivity, confidentiality, reliability, and accuracy of the organization information so that the company can increase it profit and remain ahead of the market competitors (BSR, 2016).
• The team members should be provided with equal opportunities and rights without focusing on their background, caste, age, sex, religion, and others. The anti-discrimination laws should be given privilege (Befeki, Epstein, Yuthas, 2014).
• Legal and ethical framework should be developed for the enterprise to enhance the decision making capability of the project manager.
• The transparency should be maintained in the working process of the enterprise team members.

The voice of customers should be taken under consideration during the development of the project schedule. The ethical code of conduct opted by the organization helps in increasing the customers from the global world, develops organization branding with good reputation, increasing productivity and manufacturing of the food items, increased profitability by increasing sales due to the good and healthy relationship with the suppliers, and increasing work performance of the team members. The follow up of legal laws of the enterprise results in minimizing the political and legal risks associated with the project. The success of the project can be measured by the completion of the project within 6 months and within the cost of $ 416,248. The tasks and activity schedule can be completed with the active participation, coordination, correlation, and cooperation among the team members. The flow of communication and physical resources required for completing the given tasks helps in improving the capabilities and operational work performance of the employees.
